Excavating trenches in ordinary rock of required authorized width for pipes of dia exceeding 80mm dia but not exceeding 300mm dia in authorized width including excavation for sockets, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting existing road/PCC surfaces not more than 150mm thick and in any width, removing for laying of pipes,making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded aggregate to match with the existing road surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:Excavation and earthwork below 150mm depth will measured and paid under relevent items of this schedule.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commmisioning of DI Pipe of 150mm bore as per IS 8329, class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches all including taking out of old unsv rusted/damaged pipes of any type complete all as specified and as directed at site. Note : - Joints shall be measured and paid separetely

Material and Labour for DI fittings/specials upto 150mm bore such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs confirming to IS: 9523 of class K-7 or more complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rubber Gasket Joint (Tyton Joint) of 150mm bore including jointing material for DI/CI pipe of 150 mm size bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Run lead upto 150mm bore joint including jointing material for CI/DI pipe of size/bore as specified and directed.

M&L for Flanged Joints upto 150mm bore with rubber or fibre board gasket including nuts, bolts and double washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing Cast Iron Sluice Valve of 100mm bore size, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out unsv sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Labour for cutting of CI /DI/GI pipe in position for reducing to required length for insertion of new tees, branches etc of up to 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
