Cement bottoming of S T poles in 1:2:4 mix as per REC standard 0.40 cum/pole, muffing 20 cm above ground, including plaster and curing of concrete as per REC standard. (For 8Mtrs Poles)

Supply and Painting of poles with one coat of redoxide and two coats of Aluminium paint of standard quality including Marking of Poles

Supplying and Fixing of Danger Plates with clamps with writing in English and Regional Language

Supply and fixing of pole Earthing by G.I pipe 40 mm dia or G.I rod 20 mm , 2.5 mtr long through GI strip as per REC standard.

Supply and Fixing of LT Structure Single shackle set (Mukhi Type) as per REC standard.

Supply & fixing, testing ,commissioning of LT shackle Insulators 16KN as per REC specification.

Supply & fixing of GI nuts and bolts of sizes

Supply , Carriage upto site,installation ,testing & commissioning of 11/0.433kV, 63 KVA , 3-phase Distribution Transformers with Bimetallic Terminal Connectors Energy Efficient Level-1, Al. wound , and with LV Cable Box having detachable Al. Gland plate with LV Bimetallic terminal connection suitable for vertical take off of cable.

Supply , installation ,testing & commissioning of GI “V’ cross-arm (75x40x40x6)mm with Pole Top Bracket including back clamps of 50X8 mm for fixing V-Cross arm and pole top bracket as per REC standard.

Supply , installation ,testing & commissioning of Iron GI Channel/Angle/Flat of sizes including clamps for Transformer Pad/G.I Channel Bedding ,L.A Set/G.O Set/Horn Gapas per specification enclosed in Drawing.( Refer Drawing)
