Supply, laying or fixing or passing through pipe commissioning, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (earthed) of size 3 core 185 sqmm including suitable size lugs, thimbles complete all as specified and as directed.. Note :- (i)Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items. (ii)The quoted rate for item No.1 shall be deemed to be inclusive of dismantling / taking down PVC XLPE electric cable from the existing position. The dismantled cable will be issued under schedule of credit

Supply and fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type outdoor joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable route indicator over the HT cables made out of cast iron block of size 15 x 10 cm and thickness 10mm fixed with MS strip of size 32 x4 mm upto length 75mm and marked with 'MES HT cable 185 sqmm' or LOOP OF HT CABLE 185 sqmm' as required on cast iron block including PCC and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for laying XLPE cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtr depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for River sand filling in trenches for cushioning of HT cables punning after filling complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class ,HV , Type I as per IS -5820 with flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid dry in trenches over under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 100mm dia under road crossing for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 90 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling in layers nexc 25cm thick, watering, well ramming in layers and top layer using 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring (horozontal directional drilling) of holes under roads, pavements, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 110mm dia (PE 100, PN8, ISI 4892 HDPE pipe) suitable for 0.4Mpa working pressure to lines and levels upto a depth of 3m without damaging any existing underground utilities complete all as specified and directed.
