1 State of Art IT Backbone for the PM Shree Schools Geo-Tagging, Drone supported survey on SPI Model of Services Delivery consisting of Comprehensive Geo-Tagging, Drone supported Survey, Digital Asset Mapping of School, covering complete school-level physical infrastructure survey with geo-tagged photography; drone captured images and video including school entry visual and overall campus overview; digital and ICT asset mapping with operational status; furniture and fixture survey with physical counting and condition; vacant land/identification of area to be constructed as per school requirement and mapping thereof; GPS-enabled mobile-based field data collection with validation; creation of unique digital school profiles; integration of all collected data into a centralized Management Information System (MIS); provision of analytical dashboard and report; delivery of a centralized SPI Model based service delivery framework & platform with support of Android Mobile Apps. In addition to this integration with platforms/portal based on requirement of department. The operational platform on SPI Model facilitate reporting on a per-school basis as well as end-to-end service within the framework of scope. Note: 1. Selection of the bidder for above project shall be done on the basis of lowest quoted (L1) Total of Amount (Col-5) for Table A only. The Total Cost (Col-5) for this project shall be calculated by summation of "Total" Amount quoted for respective work items. If "Total" Amount of a work item is wrongly quoted then the correctly computed value shall be considered while calculating the Total of Amount (Col-5). 2. The rates for above work items shall be quoted by the bidders keeping all the requirements of the client in mind for successful execution of the said project.
