CERTAIN MISC B/R WORK SERVICES IN TECH AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I AT AF STN JODHPUR

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/ above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc. laid and bedded in any mortor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/ semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/ AC/ Fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in levelling course, finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
