Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in loose/soft soil for removing/laying of pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/materials, not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up CI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and all lead/Tyton joints including burning out , recovering and removing lead for 100 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of CI water mains (Centrifugally cast,Class LA) with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches all as directed and specified for 100 mm bore pipe,(Lead/Tyton joint shall measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed. Make for Items No 09 :- ELECTRO STEEL/TATA METALIC/KESORAM

Laying only old CI pipes of any grade in trenches retrieved from dismantling including cleaning( both internally & externally using wire brush) and testing after laying in old or new locations complete all as specified and directed for 100 mm bore pipe (Lead/Tyton joint shall measured and paid separately)

S & F Cast iron fittings for socketed or spigot and socketed pipes such as bends, tail piece, tee,collars, etc 100 mm bore medium duty and fixed in position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Run lead joint complete with all jointing materials for the 100 mm bore cast iron pipes.

M&L for Flanged(rubber gasket) joint (3 mm thick rubber gasket) including making shape for flanged joint holes for nuts, bolts of Size 100 mm pipe, complete including nuts, bolts etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F of cast iron sluice valve heavy duty (PN-1.6) with flanged ends, conforming to IS- 780/84 with brass spindle any pattern with iron wheel head, check nuts and washers,Full thread bolts,rubber Gasket including joints and jointing materials etc complete all as specified on size 100 mm, including taking down of old unserviceable sluice valves from existing position complete all as specified and as directed. Taking up or down steel water tubing and necessary connection complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for 15 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11 above but 25 mm bore pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11 above but 40 mm bore pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 3 Layer Polypropylene Random Co-polymer (PPR) Pipes SRD 7.4 (PN-1.6) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fushion welded having thermal stability for Hot and Cold water supply all PPR plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches/wall complete all as specified and directed for 20 mm outer dia of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

All per item No 16 above but 25 mm outer dia of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

All per item No 16 above but 32 mm outer dia of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

All per item No 16 above but 50 mm outer dia of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of PPR gate valve(Brass Insert) screwed both ends for PPR pipe for 25 mm outer Dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit in repair of size 100x100x120 cm (Internal dimension) with one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggs) as in bedding and coping and 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame all round the top fixed by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 60 mm embeded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggs)of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm including provision of hinges, welded with angle iron frame and MS cover, MS handle of suitable length, and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement with applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc crome primer and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 25 here-in-before but valve pit of size 60 x 60 x 60 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items and total amount under col No 53 will be adjusted accordingly.
