Construction of Road work :- Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrowpits :- Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site , speading grading to required slope and compating 95% proctor density to meet requirement of table 300-2

G.S.B. Grade-1 Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete. as per MoRTH specification clause 401-4.2

W.M.M. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRTH specification clause 406-4.12 (W.M.M. to be excuted in varrying thickness in deffirent Kms. as per T.S. Estimate (adopted as per design).

Case-1: Stress absorbing membrane (SAM) cracked width less then 6 mm Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width below 6 mm ofter cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with clause 521, sprayed at the rate of 9 kg per 10 sqm and sperading 5.6 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.11 sqm with hydraulic chip sperader, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902 & as per MoRTH specification clause 522-5.21

Prime Coat Providing and applying Prime Coat with bitumen emulsion medium setting on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoRTH specifications

Tack Coat over primed surface Providing and applying Tack Coat over primed surface with medium setting emulsion using emulsion sprayer at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned by mechanical broom. as per MoRTH specification clause 503-5.2

Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100 TPH Hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (V.G.-30) @ 3.4 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sencor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specifications Clause 504 complete in all respects. (75 mm thick)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam 1st Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-40) @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix kto work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sencor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects. (D.B.M. to be excuted in varrying thickness in deffirent Kms. as per T.S. Estimate (adopted as per design).

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam 2nd Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-40) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix kto work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sencor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects. Tack Coat over bituminous surface Providing and applying Tack Coat over bituminous surface with medium setting emulsion using emulsion sprayer at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned by mechanical broom. as per MoRTH specification clause 503

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (C.R.M.B.-55) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects. (40 mm thick)

Construction of R.C.C. Culvert & U-drain Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and techincal specification including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and battom, backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. as per MoRTH specification No. 304

HYSD :- Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications. As per MoRTH specification clause 14.2, 1600

Pointing with cement mortar (1 : 3) on brick work in substructure as per technical specifications. As per MoRTH specification clause 12.2 & 13.2- 1300 & 2200

G.S.B. for filter media- A. Supply and fixing of Retro Reflective informatory sign board signage made of 2mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity grace primatic type IV retro reflective sheeting as per colour required and letter symbol shall be more of same reflective sheeting shall be daily processed on base aluminum substrate board are to be supplied along with back supported angle on frame 35x35x5m alon with fixing accessorie as per MORTH specification.
