Strengthening to the Road From Kattachinnanapatti to Kottaipatti AD Colony Km 0/0 -2/7 Estimate Amount : 155.47 Lakhs

Part A - Construction Work Clearing the light jungle by uprooting including all cutting charges and disposing of the products and clearing as directed by departmental officers including all incidental charges etc. complete. MORD Specification 111, 112, 201 km 0/0-2/7

Earth work excavation and depositing on back with an initial of 10m and lift 2m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth etc., as per SS 20 B including laying and spreading in layers of 250 mm loose thick each, sectioning , watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content as determined in occurrence with complete as per MoRD 111, 112, 202, 900, 301, 304 km 0/0-2/7

Picking the existing worn out BT surface hard gneiss, granite,quartz metal 50mm to 100mm thick and repacking the metal to bring the existing surface to camber including leveling and sectioning as indicated by the departmental officer including labour charges for picking tools and equipments employed and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 50 MM THICK USING cmp Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Gravel filling between body wall including cost and conveyance of gravel labour for filling watering and compacting etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmenal officer

Providing and fixing 20mm compressible fiber board in expantion joint complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification

Providing and fixing TAR paper for bearinig between bed block and deck slab

Providing and fixing seepage pipes of 100mm PVC pipes of required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, cost and labour for 900 mm dia. semi-spherical backfill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., complete to drain the backfill.
