Providing and laying design mix reinforced cement concrete of M30 Grade by weigh batching using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size and coarse river sand/ crushed stone sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved Brand and quality, including handling & transportation, scaffolding, mechanical mixing, placing to required location by hoisting and / or pumping & mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces wherever required etc. complete at all levels in substructure/ superstructure as per specifications & also including dewatering, if any, complete all as per drawings and technical specifications (TS-004) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding formwork, shuttering and steel reinforcement. Note: 1) The minimum cement content shall be 390kg/Cum of concrete. However, actual cement content required shall be based on design mix requirements carried out at BARC approved (NABL accredited) laboratory. In case the cement quantity consumed more than the specified above, the cost towards extra cement will not be paid. 2)Temparature raised due to heat of hydration shall be kept within limits in raft/mass concrete by keeping proper curing mechanism.

Providing Reinforcement steel of all diameters for reinforced cement concrete at all levels. including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting to all elevations, placing and keeping in positions, all leads, fixing, tieing with 1.2 mm dia annealed GI coated binding wire including all labour charges, cost of cover blocks (in same grade of concrete) of various thicknesses and sizes etc. all as per drawings and technical specifications (TS-005) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Using TMT Bars of Specified Grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor SAIL, RINL, TATA or approved make as per annexure B of section VII only of grade - Fe 500D / Fe-500EQR.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 river Coarse river sand/ crushed stone sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) at all elevations including consolidation, finishing curing etc. complete all as per drawings and technical specifications (TS-006) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of form work shuttering, centering all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and technical specifications (TS-007) and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Using materials produced by the own plants of SAIL, RINL(VizagSteel) and TATA only using virgin materials. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per technical specifications (TS-008), drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Upto and including 300mm Joists, 350mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL/RINL(VizagSteel)/TATA. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Providing and fixing at all levels precast members using cement concrete of Grade M-30 in copings and / or bed blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, staircases, trench covers, drain covers etc. including hoisting and setting in position with C.M 1:3 (using crushed sand) cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (using crushed sand) on exposed surfaces complete as per technical specifications (TS-009) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, technical specifications (TS-010) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels. For Sub structure. Note: 1) This item is applicable for all PCC and RCC structural elements like footings, beams, columns, slabs, lintels, chajjas, walls etc., for all shapes, heights and leads. 2) Only steel scaffolding, staging, supporting system to the formwork and steel frame work will have to be used for all RCC structural elements. 3) All surfaces adjacent to EPs, etc., shall be in true line and level & irregularities, if any, shall be rounded by mechanical grinding, chiseling, finishing the same using epoxy silica sand mortar (M/s. FOSROC/M/s. Dr. Fixit or other approved make as per annexure B of section VII) at no extra payment.

Dismantling doors, windows and clear storey openings (steel/wood) shutter including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts etc.complete and stacking within 100 m lead (full windows) Of area 3.00 Sq.M and below.

Dismantling Bituminous road including stacking of serviceable materails and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead. Bituminous road.

Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors 40mm thick of approved make consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame made out of 14g thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 16g thick sheets, hollow portion filled with puff, including necessary stiffners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with 4mm glass and clip on pressed steel frame for vision panels, fixing 4nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing hinges, mortise/deadlock of approved make, a pair of 200mm long stainless steel handles, 250mm long stainless steel towerbolt,etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary holdfast embedded inconcrete, fixing in concrete with anchorfastners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and technical specifications (TS-012) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing C.C / R.C.C works by mechanical means and stock piling at designated locations carefully with out damaging adjacent structures and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 100m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately including cutting reinforcement bars all as directed at site.

Disconnection, Removal and Shifting of LT panel with bus duct as per TS-013.
