Maintenance of lawns and gardens at HWPK Housing Colony for the period 2026-2028.

Complete maintenance of entire garden features in the garden area i.e. lawn, lawn plants, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. with all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery etc. complete including hoeing, weeding, pruning, removing unwanted vegetation, old dead plants and replacing with new ones, gap filling, watering, sweeping, mowing of lawns, grass cutting by petrol/diesel operated power driven lawn mower and brush cutter, disposal of the waste generated, cut grass to the disposal yard up to a lead of 3 KM, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure including all other such related and incidental activities and expenditure to keep the lawn in lush green and eye pleasing condition etc. complete by deploying required manpower including Malis & Senior Malis etc complete as per the attached Specifications in Annexure '1' and as directed by the Engineer in-charge. Note: 1. Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department. 2. lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.

Complete maintenance of Young plants/shrubs (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c daily watering, loosening of soil around the shrubs/Plant, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc as per direction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1. Cost of Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department. 2. In case of failure, penal recovery @ rate of Rs. 44 per plant per month will be made in Bills due apart from no payment for no work done. Also the dead plants if any owing to non watering shall be replaced and maintained till the same sustains on its own at no extra cost to the department.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery etc. complete for maintenance of special shrubs, plants, Flower beds in Herbal vatika, Guest House, Colony office nursary & planter area, GM and DGM bunglows and other areas as directed by EIC including daily watering, digging & loosening of earth around the plant (twice in a month), trimming (once in a month), weeding out around the shrubs and continuosly maintaining the shrubs in a healthy, neat and tidy conditions including the cost of applying manure and pesticides as and when required, replacing the dead plants with the same species at the cost of the contractor, cleaning the entire plantation area, disposing of all types of rubbish at dumping area/designated places nearby the HWP(K) housing colony upto a lead of 3KM etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer, by deploying required manpower, Senior and Skilled Malis subject to the notes, as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: For this Item contractor shall exclusively deploy minimum 02 Nos. Skilled and one semi-skilled fom 09:00 to 17:00 hrs on daily basis expect on national Holidays and sundays, failing which penal recovery shall be made as per Annexure 1.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery etc. complete for maintenance of the flowerpots by watering daily / as per seasonal requirement, removal of dry leaves, loosening of soil for aeration (Twice in a month), disposal of generated garbage to the disposal yard up to a lead of 3 KM as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including applying manure and pesticides as and when required for healty maintenance of plant, replacement of dead plant with new one of similar variety etc. complete by deploying Malis etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. Note: Good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide & pesticide will be paid under respective items.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery etc. complete for planting of new Hedge of approved variety by deploying mali including preparation of bed soil, making water furrows/channels for free flow of water, daily watering for Two months or till the hedge is fully formed in lush green and healthy condition etc. all complete as per specifications and as and directed by the EIC.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery, necessary arrangements etc. for Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees including general trimming up to 15.0 Mtr height and cutting of trees, branches/stems at all heights clearing of all necessary branches, disposing of all cut branches, rubbish, sweeping of leaves etc. complete and transporting to the to the disposal yard up to a lead of 3 KM by deploying required man power, scaffolding, power tools & tackles, skilled operators and by observing /meeeting all the safety requirements/ norms etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage with all lead and lift complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer. Note: Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment.

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm from approved source, including carriage with all lift & lead complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer. Note: Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment.

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing all tools, tackels, material, man power for Preparing and providing "flower bouquets" of minimum 1 feet size, made up with minimum four english roses bunch, seasonal flowers, covered by Morpankh leaves, wrapped in transparent plastic sheet, ribbions etc. complete at any time during retirement/facilation functions/VIP visits etc. organised at HWP(K) Colony site as and when requried and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.
