Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. Thick
Removing loose scales blisters etc. from old painted surface and throughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh cost of paint.
Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.
Removing old paint from blistered painted surface of steel or other metal by chipping including scraping and cleaning and exposing the original surface.
Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed complete including a protective coat of painting at contact surface of the frame.Excluding the cost of concrete , iron butt hinges and M.S. clamps Sal Malyasian
Panel shutters of door and window, as per design (each panel consisting of single plank without joint), including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge and other fittings. In ground floor (In case of non-supply of single plank, penal rate of reduction of 20% will be made) (iii) 40mm thick shutters with 19mm thick panel of size 30 to 45 Cm. Painting with ready mixed Black Japan of approved make and brand including smoothening surface (b) Two coats
Repairing crack in wall by cement grouting (1 : 2) including widening the crack on the surface (into V section) cleaning and packing the same with cement mortar (1 : 2) and finishing off to match with adjacent surface.(Cement-69 Kg/100 m)
Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. One Coat Ground floor, Two coats upto 4mtr. from G.L.
Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. (Two Coat) a) Normal Acrylic emulsion.
(a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (i) Grill weighing above 10 Kg./sq.mtr and up to 16 Kg./sq.mtr.
(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)
Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (a) On timber or plastered surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- (ii) Two coats (white in shade)
Band moulding (horizontal or vertical) of rectangular section made with 15mm. Thick cement mortar (4:1) on brick projection or concrete projection (excluding the cost of such brick or conc. Projection) (with projection above 7.50cm. & up to 15cm., depth or width 12.50cm. to 15 cm.)(cement-3.3kg/mtr)
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. i) Pakur Variety
Brick work with 1st class brick work in cement motar (1:4) (a) In foundation and plinth

Any other necessary items as per prevailing current P.W.D. & P.H.E. approved Schedule of rates of Kolkata/24Pgs.(N&S)/New Town W/S. Circle/Area of Kalyani Sub-Division (Building & Plumbing) w.e.f. 01.11.2017 & latest modified corrigendum, thereof and approved schedule of P.H.E. Dte will be applicable.
