Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Delivery Period: The first consignment shall be dispatched within 15 days from the date of receipt of this PO, as per the supply schedule issued by AGM(C)/YTPS. Subsequent consignments shall be dispatched over a period of one year, as per the supply schedule issued by AGM(Chem)/YTPS, based on the requirement..

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder shall be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/wholesale stockist of Poly Aluminium Chloride and shall have successfully supplied Poly Aluminium Chloride to any Major PSU/ any power plants/Private sectors/any industry. In proof of the same, the bidder shall upload multiple purchase order copies of 20 MT or more (maximum 03 POs). Wholesale stockist/authorized dealer shall upload manufacturing authorization certificate duly indicating subject tender number for further consideration of bid during technical evaluation

Financial Status

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs.18 lakh in at least two financial years, of the preceding five financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Balance sheet and profit & loss account statements duly certified by a chartered accountant.
