Clearing and grubbing of Road land including uprooting vegetation, grass, bush, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to be used for auctioned up to 1000 m including top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201by Manual Means. (In area of non-thorny jungle)

Scraping old painted surface including disposal of all scrapped material for a distance of 30meter as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter (20") in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (8") layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 (5") lift and 30 m (100') lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100') distance as directed by the E/I.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8Km from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Earth work in filling in embankment with carted earth from distance of 10 Km from site of work digging at source and loading into trucks and unloading at site spreading in 20cm layer including carted of earth royalty of earth all labour, T & P required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for compaction of earth work in embankment under optimum moisture condition to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density).

Collection and stacking of 45-90 mm gauge hard stone ballast for soling coat from approved quarry including royalty octroi cartage upto site and all other taxes and also including stacking to the required template after screening at road site including dressing of side burms as required where materials is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection and stacking of 45-63 mm gauge hard stone ballast for inter coat from approved quarry including royalty octroi cartage upto site and all other taxes and also including stacking to the required template after screening at road site including dressing of side burms as required where materials is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection and stacking of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for top leveling coat from approved quarry including royality octroi cartage upto site and all other taxes and also including stacking to the required template after screening at road side including dressing of side burms as required where materials is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of stone dust of approved quality and quarry for soling, inter and top coat consolidation.

Consolidation of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for top leveling coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes, spreading also including cost of earth used for binding purpose and making medhies to retain water and ramming also including carriage of metals and T&P etc; required for proper completion of the work.The stone ballast will be supplied to the contractor free of cost at site.

Water allowance for consolidation of 45-63 & 22.4 -53 mm gauge stone ballast between 15 Nov. to 31st May.

Laying Brick on edge pavement on pataries with bricks laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base proper slope and its ramming spreading a layer of 1 cm depth of loal sand over sub grade and including supply of all materials labour T & P required for proper completion of work as per UPPWD SI No. 763

Construction of dry lean cement (DLC) concrete sub-base over a prepared subgrade width coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not toexceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after biending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less then 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not tobe less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, said with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibrator roller, finishing and curing etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement, over a prepared sub base, with 53 grade cement @ 450.00kg per cum (M-40), coarse sand fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fix form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler separation membrane, seallant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie bar, tie rod, admixture as approved, curing compound, finishing to line and grade as per drawing.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete.

M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and sand of 1.25 fineness modulous mortar in foudation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plant, etc. required for proper completion of work.

Flush pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of sand of 1.25 F.M. including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of sand of 1.25 F.M. including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Concrete with 4cm gauge brick ballast, sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 10:5:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work.

25 mm thick 1:2:4 plain C.C. Floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm floading coat of neat cement including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for completion of the work.
