Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for taking out water pipes, etc in any type soil, any type of other services like HT/LT Cable , Pipe Lines , Gas Lines, Road Path shall not be Damaged/ Disturbed if any services shall be disturbed by the contractor / his workers/rep it will be repaired / replaced without any extra cost , repair / replacement cost of specialist man and material both shall be deemed to included in quoted rate, all disturbed surface shall be making good to existing surface like road/path or other services upto satisfaction of Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of existing valve pit and M&L for construction of valve pit consisisting of 230mm thick, old size brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregete as in fondation, PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregete in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding three coats of white wash and earth work in any type of soil and including 2 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame ambeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following sizes:-

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of pole/ Paving/drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping/benching including wheathing slightly chamfered on edge and finishes exposed surfaces even smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Relaying of 150 mm Dia DI Pipe Retrived against Ser Item No. 13 Including,Welding with DI welding rod using ISI Mark / Adwanioerlikon/ E-sab/ Seth Electrodes , Grinding, All type of washers Nuts Bolts etc Cost of Nuts Bolts washers etc Shall be demed to Included in Quoted Rate.

Supply and fixing different sizes and type of MS Nuts/Bolts/Washers/ spring washers etc for Jointing of pipes at flanged ends all as specified and directed.

Note:- It is bounded to the contractor for water supply of station should not be hampered during the execution of work, daily work plan shall be submitted to Engr in charge and daily work shall be completed before supply time of station i.e.morning 5:00 to 7:00 Hrs and Evening 17:00 to 19:00 Hrs. Between supply time Contractor shall be planned the work and complete the same in day as well as in night if wants to work in day and night both shift.
