SUB-HEAD 6 -- SITC OF LT PANEL SITC of floor mounted Indoor type LT cubical type fully compartmentalized distribution panel board, having rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA sheet with M.S. angle iron frame (main frame with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle and each vertical compartment with 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle iron). The base of panel should be made with 75mm x 40mm x 4.4mm M.S. channel. [Manufacturer/Fabricator having Test Certificates from CPRI]. An Auto Cad Drawing of the panel has to be approved by EIC before making of panel.
Construction Details :
All incoming & outgoing switches are to be housed in respective compartments hinged and gasket doors at the front. All doors should have panel locking arrangement in such a fashion that it can not be on unless the feeder remains in off position. The rear panel should gasketed wire net guard for ventilation arrangement will be made of easy accessibility to each compartment by providing rear panel doors with locking system. The panel is to be properly gasketed to prevent the dust & vermin. All vertical bus bar chambers is to properly arrange and all electrical equipments are to be fixed by nuts and bolts on suitable Hylam board / porcelain insulators of adequate size and dimension. The outgoing feeder connection from respective switches are to be made at rear side of panel by means of busbar, copper multi core cables, to be terminated on bolted type terminals for cable connection or on bush insulators for bus bar connection. Each compartment will be providing with DMC/FRP board at back side.
Incoming Switch :
Supply and fixing 415V, 250A TPN SFU with DIN type HRC Fuses having Front Handle in open execution (Make- L&T/ Siemens/Schneider/ABB) - 1 No.
Busbar Section :
440V, 315 Amp capacity 99.9% – 99.5% pure high conductivity electrolytic tinned 4 bar copper bus bar [size of flat 4 x 40 mm x 5 mm] mounted on non-hygroscopic DMC/ porcelain insulator or hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification. Bus Bar shall have polyster glass support - 1 set.
The busbar is to be rigidly supported on suitable non-hygroscopic insulating materials of robust ration to with stand electromechanical stress in the event of earth fault. All connection to bus to made by suitable nuts & bolts. The busbar is too wrapped with coloured PVC (Red. Yellow, Blue & Black) for colour identifications.
Outgoing Switches :
a)Supply and fixing 415V, 125A TPN on load front operated Changeover switch having Front Handle in open execution (Make- L&T/ Siemens/Schneider/ABB) - 1 No.
b)Supply and fixing 415V, 200A TPN SFU with DIN type HRC Fuses having Front Handle in open execution (Make- L&T/ Siemens/Schneider/ABB) - 1 No.
c)Supply and fixing 415V, 100A TPN SFU with DIN type HRC Fuses having Front Handle in open execution (Make- L&T/ Siemens/Schneider/ABB) - 2 Nos.
d)Supply and fixing 415V, 63A TPN SFU with HRC Fuses having Front Handle in open execution (Make- L&T/ Siemens/Schneider/ABB) - 3 Nos.
Metering Panel :
a) LCD single function Meter (Make- L&T, Model- Cat No.- WL111020OOOO or equivalent) - for 1-ph Ammeter --- 3 nos.
c) Indicating LED Lamp with colour glasses showing(Red/Yellow/Blue/Amber) (L&T/ Siemens) - 6 nos.
d) 250/5 Amp ratio C.T (AE/ Kappa or equivalent) --- 3 nos.

Interconnection :
All interconnection between incoming main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size electrolytic tinned copper bars of 4 x 40mm x 5mm and the same between busbar to all outgoing mains i.e., 200A TPN SFU is to be made by 4 x 25mm x 5mm Cu bars, 100A/125A TPN SFU or Changeover Switch are to be made by 4 x 25mm x 3mm Cu bars and 63A TPN SFU is to be made by 16 sq.mm. flexible PVC insulated multistranded FRLS Cu cable and also for metering arrangements are to be made by suitable size of multistranded Copper wire with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads.
Earthing :
A separate continuous GI earth busbar of size 50mm x 6mm shall run across the full length of the panel board and brought outside the panel. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. wire.
The complete panel board is to be spray painted after required surface treatment by 7 tanks process / sand blasting with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating.
Installation :
The complete panel board is to be installed on angle iron frame on wall incl. earthing attachment and painting as required as per direction of E.I.C.
All incoming/outgoing switches is to be properly lebeled on Acrylic sheet as per direction of EIC.
SUB-HEAD 7 -- EARTHING Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, doublenuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below : By ISI-Medium GI pipe [2(a)/G-1] (for DG set & LT panel)
Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for Soft Soil. [1(a)/G-1]
Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall / floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl.drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. [5(d)/G-3]
Supply & fixing of black heat shrink sleeves for covering 25 mm x 6 mm GI strip required for neutral earthing as per direction of EIC. [NS]
Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall as per GS. [4(a)/G-2]
Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.

Manufactured by the OEM / CPRI approved panel builder.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.
ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE
The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB- IV+ norms.
BASE FRAME
Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of Transportation, unloading and loading etc.
(ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relavent IS /IEC specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.
(iii) Nacessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.
(iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competant Authority (As per CPCB-IV+).
(v) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submited from the Manufacturer/OEM.
(vi) The entire set must be warranted atleast 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier.
(vii) Supply & drawing 1.1KV grade 7 core 2.5 sqmm stranded unarmoured PVC insulated copper control cable from DG to AMF Panel through pipe protection. (Make- Polycab/Finolex/Gloster/RR Kabel) -- to be supplied on free of cost as reqd.
Extending the exhaust pipe with 80 mm. dia MS black pipe (Thickness 4 mm) including connection with the existing silencer attached with the flexible coupler and S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. & necessary fixing materials etc. as required from DG set upto 2.5 Mts high of the near higher installation with Asbestos rope / 2" glass wool insulation and chicken net and Aluminium fol covering, with end cap with suitable high temperature painting.
