PROVISION OF 30 KVA DG SET FOR MI ROOM AT NMS UNDER AGE I NABAGRAM

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with AMF panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc. of capacity 30 KVA complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to 32 x 6mm width GI earth strip by means of nuts bolts washers etc as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm diameter for protection of earthing wire, (To be concealed in wall/floor) connected to earthing test point, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part I. , connected to earthing test point including testing on completion, excavation, earthwork, PCC earth pit of dimensions 550 mm X 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm X 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep with a PCC (1 3 6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber ,40mm thick RCC cover type B1 (1 2 4 ) B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 8 mm dia tor reinforcrment 100mm c/cand 12mm dia MS bar handle on top of cover on ground level, 20 mm dia GI watering pipe, funnel, etc. and 40mm dia pipe for GI strip protection complete and testing resistance in completion all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioing of 70 Sqmm 3.5 core size XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 Part I marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe including jointing & testing and taking down old U/S cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply, fabricate, install, test and commissioning LT Outdoor control panel weather proof dust/vermin proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet double openable door with angle iron frame and locking arrangement, including bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415 V, 50 Hz AC Supply with bus bar aluminium 400 Amps capacity including with PVC sleeves/taps RYB colours for phases identification, conforming to IP-54, and fixed on raised PCC platform with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) raised base with control wiring and compressing cable gland brass, copper/brass lugs etc and compressing the following items conforming to CPRI approved manufactures.
