Erection of one set 110KV Bus Isolator on the already erected structure including opening crates and conveyance of all accessories from the place of storage to the place of erection to lines and levels, erection of mechanism box , checking operation and aligning properly, including cutting, welding etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers.

Dismantling of bus bar using ACSR Moose Double conductor for one phase of 110KV bus of span up to 35M from the both ends of the 110kv yard structurre under the supervision and direction of department staff at site.
Uncoiling, paving out, stringing and fixing of bus bar using ACSR Moose Double conductor for one phase of 110KV bus of span up to 35M by cutting the conductor to sufficient length, crimping using compressor / bolting the four ends, washing, cleaning and drying the insulator discs, fixing the conductors to the 110kV yard structure with sufficient tension using string of double/single tension insulators and hardwares complete. at four ends, fixing of arcing hornes at both ends, fixing of spacers between two conductors at regular intervals as specified by the dept. staff at site, including transportation of materials from the stockyard to the site under the supervision and direction of department staff at site. (All materials will be supplied departmentally at free of cost).

FENCING
Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position .
Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Solid masonry using pre cast solid blocks (factory made) of size 30x20x15cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level with thickness 15cm in : CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete
YARD LIGHT
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets,kerbs and steps etc.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required 40 A
Providing one Earth using GI earth pipe of size 38.1mm dia, 2.5 m length including digging separate pit (45cm x 45cm x 2.5 m) at standard distance (1.5 m) away from the pole/structure in Ordinary Soil & backfilling
Erecting light junction boxes etc. Complete as per the direction of department staff at site
Cutting of steel angle in yard structure erection
Welding charges for welding one iron parts using arc welding as per standards
Supplying and erecting tubular pipe post( 6 mtrs ) height using GI pipe of 85mm outer dia(medium class-B class) including base plate and 3x1.5mm2 copper cable as per specification
Supplying , laying and fixing 63mm PVC pipe with fittings such as tie, bend, elbow including removing the metal and replacing the metal after laying etc. complete.
