MW to Structural Conservation and preventive tubular framed Jali to the interior of Bhogamandapa at Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .Note: (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .(2)The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Providing and fixing wooden plank heavy rigid platform at various stages scaffolding for smooth execution of inspection work and conservation work with all complete as per direction of Engineer In charge

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : Of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above.

Dismantling fixed wire mesh upto 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead: Of sectional area 40 square centimeters and above

Carefully taking out the old plaster by hammering and chiseling with proper dressing and cleaning the stone wall surface of bhogamandapa including disposal of rubbish to the 50 metres lead outside the temple premises. .

Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth with due care and precaution by mechanical/manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing /refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr. Lead etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge of work

Pointing of joints with polymer modified Cementious (PMC) joint sealant with 8% polymer loading .The sealant mix should be Ordinary Portland cement (OPC) , khandolite stone dust and acrylic based polymer emulsion in the ratio of 1:2.2 by weight appropriate dose of Non shrink compound .The solid resin content in the acrylic based resin emulsion should be minimum of 40 %.

Provision for drilling holes of 18mm dia up to 400 mm depth and fixing nozzles for PMC grout to the inner chamber for filling the gaps and voids.

Provision for PMC grouting with emulation added with ordinary Portland cement one part having polymer loading 10% with appropriate dose non shrink powder 0.05 part Cebex and plasticizer 0.056 part having pressure up to 0.2 kg to 0.5 kg per square centimetre.

Core drilling and fixing of 20 mm dia S.S threaded bar of 450mm 304 L grade after drilling with 25 mm dia drilling bit through existing stone masonary and thoroughly cleaning the same following proper method (Air blow, Brush) & finally 20mm dia SS bar (HIT-V-R-M20X 380 RE10 or HILTI or equivalent.) to be fixed and bolt should be fixed with high performance injectable stone adhesive for proper filling of void [Cost includes charges of required manpower and materials, excluding the cost of scaffoldings]
