Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for LT cables complete including bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers n. exc 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumnium conductor ,1100 volts grade ,corss sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No .4 here-in-before but 95 Sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable in trenches complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting of floor/wall/road/footpath for removal of LT U/G cable of any size/description and making good the same as per existing after relaying the same or new cable and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement GI pipe light grade 80mm bore for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply,installing,commissioning and testing of LT feeder pillar outdoor type of dimension as per specified by manufacturer (not less than 900 x 1200 x 450mm ) CPRI certified factory made cubical type weather and vermin proof fixed on and including ventilation and louvers arrangement PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of required/suitable size and as directed at site with angle iron frame of size 60x60x6mm, 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet including duly painted powder coated and keeping adequate working space inside of the box (outer width of the box not less than 45cm and gap between bus bar not less than one inch) and double door handle including locking arrangement wih 1 No pad lock of 65mm as directed before manufacturing the panel including one no incomer of cap 250 amp 36 KA with multiple outgoing provission (Min 4 no ) suitable for up to 240 x3.5 core and Al Busbar of cap as per MCCB rating and Multifuction meter with 3 phase indicator lamp complete all as sepcified and directed incl making connection with thimbles etc complete.

Making horizontal bore hole under road up to 100mm bore size at the depth not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of LT underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to arthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all asshown in electrical plate in No 5 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified and dirfected by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of LT/street light pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/ brackets, street light brackets, cross arms and making Red & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30 cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified. Note : Pole serial no. will be as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2,using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation of stays and coping of poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces including broken of existing PCC all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles and making of cable duct including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed.

Supply ,fixing, commisioning and testing of Digital 24 Hr timer street light control panel of Max load 12 KW /3 PHASE 415 Volt complete with contractor rating 63Amp, MCB rating 63 Amp TPN including taking out old single phase timers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of loop in loop out box of size 300x250x200mm cubical type fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet (Heavy duty) and dust & vermin proof, IP-65 protection, back side openable, fixed on poles with nuts & bolts and front side openable with hinged shutter and locking arrangement suitable for 415 V, AC, 50 HZ, 3 Phase, 4 wire system by means of AL bus bar of size 25 x 4mm duly wrapped with coloured insulating tape/ sleeves mounted on porcelain insulators with provision for incoming and outgoing lighting cables conection duly crimping with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of epoxy type End Termination Joint jointing kit suitable for LT cable of size up to 95 to 120 Sqmm, 3.5 to 4 core, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.
