Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each and refixing in same opening.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames).

Taking down cement plaster includiing raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and directed by Engiiner-in-Charge

Taking down mild steel rolling shutter of any size

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavation in post hole each n exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer n exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil all as specified

M&L precast cement con. Block masonary with solid blocks exc.10 cm in width and setting in mortar set in cement mortar. 1:6 type C1, 1 : 3 : 6 (20mm graded aggregate).

S&F MS iron fixed independently without connecting plates complete as in fencing post or struts incl cutting shape as directed, drilling holes, welding notching wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain Link MS Galvanised fabric in Available size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing 10 mm thick plaster of paris including for sunk or raised moulding ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface, GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20mm and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre /intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2mm length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium Acrylic emulusion paint having VOC 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali and Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with Silicon Aditives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered walls or ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer as per manufacture instruction with smooth roller finish ,complete all as specified and directed. (Note after painting ,cleaning of all floors,glass & furniture by own arrangement).

M&L 18/19 mm thick block board, grade 2, interior grade, decorative type with decorative face vereers on both faces fixed with screws to timer frame work.
