M & L for Taking down ceiling fan any sweep from the existing poistion and replacing the defective parts such as shakle & clamps including, rubber bush, bolts, nuts & split pin (Chera Pin), washer etc. for ceiling fan and ensure proper inserting the quarter/ Split pin to hold the nut and bolt on fan downrod at fix position including servicing, oiling and greasing and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after complete removal of existing paint complete and re-fixing the ceiling fan of any sweep again at existing position and connecting up with suitable size of flexible wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of Single core 1.5 sqmm [ for Phase & Neutral ] PVC insulated multi stranded FRLS (ISI marked) copper cable drawn through and including surface / ceiling / concealed PVC conduit of suitable size with all conduit accesories and fittings along with 1 run of single core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded FRLS (ISI marked) copper cable as earth continuity conductor including taking down the existing submain wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with adjoining surface complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Two runs of 1.5 sqmm and one runs of 1.5 sqmm cable as earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one length)

S & F stainless steel perforated cable tray, of size 4 inch depth, 6 inch width and 2mm thickness of standard length, powder coated, pre galvanised and hot dip galvanised coating with tray cover, GI coupler plate and hardware work for fixing to wall including tee, cross, horizontal/vertical bends and reducer as required for fixing and re-arrangement of existing cable in side the cable tray such as electric power cable, LAN cable, Fire alarm cable, telephone cable, oxygen gas pipe of any descriptions complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Concealed sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCBs having single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20Amp 240V, B-curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing & Commissioning, Hi wall split type air conditioner with indoor and outdoor units complete with cordless remote control unit and with in-built ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor quality with minimum 3 Star Rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR complete with all connecting pipes and fixing accessories such as bracket etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation,, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output of 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% variation of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLS PVC insulated, multistranded, single core, unsheathed, copper conductor cables drawn through and including PVC conduits of suitable size Concealed in walls, ceiling etc with all fittings and accessories of PVC conduits (like Tee, bend etc.) complete fixed to walls/ceiling etc. with and including 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core, copper cable green in colour as in earth continuity wire connecting to common earth point including cutting chases in brick walls for conduits and 1.6 mm thick mild steel sunken terminal boxes of suitable size with 3 mm thick hylam sheet top cover fixed with suitable size of brass screws for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc complete for one 5/15 Amps Switch socket combination on Independent board complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Cost of cutting chases and making good of the same for concealed wiring shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rates)

All as per item No. 113 here in before but for one 5 Amps switch socket combination on the independent board with two runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm multistranded FRLS (ISI marked) and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed solid copper conductor cable FRLS (ISI marked) as earth lead complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 pin, 6 Amps, flush type, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.
