CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR FD-220

Removing of unservicable long rail and Supply and Fixing new long rail of GI tubing 32 mm bore medium grade (ISI marked) duly threaded both ends all as specified in drg and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable short rail and making of short rails from long rails obtained from item No. 4.(a) and threading the both ends of short rails and fixing in position complete as specified in drg and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable legs and making of legs from short rails obtained from item No. 4(b) and threading the both ends of legs and fixing in position complete as specified in drg and directed.

Removing of unserviceable 3 way elbow and S & F new GI elbow 32 mm dia ISI Marked as specified in drg and directed.

Removing of unserviceable check nuts and S & F new 32 mm dia GI Check nut (thickness of check nuts shall not be less than 8 mm) complete all as specified in drg and directed.

Removing/taking down existing nylon newar from G.I. pipe charpoys and tightening of loose components of Charpoy GI pipe before weaving with and including approved new white or light colour nylon newar (not made out of recycled nylon) 50/55 mm wide, closely knitted on both sides and end of newar stiched around, weight of newar in each charpoy not less than 1.5 kg complete all as specified in drawing and directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS FD-75(M)

Taking out old damaged/decayed seat of chair CB steel with Arms and S&F new seats of shisham wood duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane of half round in true Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drg .

All as per item No 5.01 above but back of chair CB steel

S&F flat iron 25mmx5mm and 50 cm long to steel frame below seat to support of wooden seat duly welded to steel frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old damaged/decayed Arms rest and S&F new Arm rest made of 1st class teak wood complete all as per drg.

Taking out old unserviceable top cap from its posn and S&F new top cap best quality in the same position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding to damaged/decayed steel frames of chair CB Steel with Arms complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to steel frame of chair CB Steel with Arms with one coat of olive green synthetic enemal paint best quality after preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and directed .

CHAIR Verandah FD-256/FD-359

M & L for Welding to broken steel frame of chair varandah by welding complete all as directed

Taking down old unserviceable cane and caning of Chair Verandah with oval shape 4mm wide new plastic cane make as approved by GE- Rest all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable shoes and S & F rubber/PVC shoes to to leg of chair varandah complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting two coats of synthetic enamel white paint complete ater prepartion of surface by scrapping and removing dust dirt etc including denting as required complete all as specified and as directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP FD-220

Replacement of old ply top and S & F New plywood top size 1980x900 mm , 12 mm thick BWR Grade ISI Marked Confirming to IS -303 ( Make Green Ply/Century/Archid) top including dismantling of old unserviciable top without disturbing the other parts, made to shape & size as shown on drawing and the edges of ply shall be covered with half round beading of Ist class teak wood of size 12mmx6mm thick all round duly polished with french polish of best quality complete all as specifed and directed.

Replacement of old /unserviciable stiffner and S&F new stiffner of MS section 900mmx40mm x5mm with suitable semi circular nut bolts all as directed by Engr-in - charge. Before fixing stiffner shall be painted two coats with synthetic enamel paint Black over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

Replacement of old u/s nuts & bollts 75 mm long , 5mm dia semi circular top with nuts & two washer complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : (Applicable for all items):- (i) The bidders/contractors are advised to read relevant Contract drawings and Particular specifications, Key specifications, Special conditions and General conditions of Contracts before entry/quoting the rates. (ii) The items are to be manufactured as per relevant drawings and specifications and supplied to the Department. (iii) Bidder may quote all two parts as a whole or only any one part . This aspect should be clearly indicated by the tenderer on letter pad and scanned copy should also be uploaded in Cover-1 clarifying that the tenderer has quoted for tender as a whole or for any specific part/parts. (iv) The Accepting Officer reserves his right to accept tender as a whole or in parts. The contractor shall not have any claim what-so-ever for accepting the contracts as a whole or part wise. Decision of Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding. (v) If contractor wishes not to quote any part/parts (as per his eligibility given in NIT) he should quote "0" rates in the Rate columns of that particular part/parts. Accordingly, such offer shall not be considered Non bonafide & it will be construed that the contractor has not quoted that particular part/parts.
