PART B. CONSTRUCTION OF WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Design construction and testing and commisioning of 2MLD output capaciry Rapid Sand Filter Treatment Plant in RCC including supplying, layng of all pipes, specials, supplying and spreading laying the seived and graded filter media as per CPHEO specification and perforated pipes for carrying the for desired filtration. And installation of valves with all arrangements of valve regulations, flow contol, scour, providing disinfection units and construction for all civil works such as aerator,Raw water channel, flash mixer including flow channel, clarifloculator, filter house, wash water tank and bypass arrangement, and sludge disposal, chemical house and clear water sump and providing dowal bars for foundation of each civil structure and site clearing etc,Electromechanical equipments(chemical mixer, air blower, tube settler, V notch, ultrasonic flow meters, lifting mechanismetc.)and laboratory items as per the approved design and specifications. And provisions for yard lightening and sanitary arrangements, electrifcation , watchman's cabin and water testing(routine) facilities also included. The treatment plant shall a constructed based on the CPHEO specifications,the detailed design including structural design, lay out etc; to be prepared and got approved from the concerned Engineer in charge. It also include the compound wall, gate, earth filling in yard and KSEB connection for the water treatement plant including all labour, materials, conveyance etc. complete as per the requirement of ste condition.
