SUB-BASE PREPARATION FOR SYNTHETIC TRACK AND D-AREA

4.12 : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

5.1.a : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

5.2.b : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular Surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

5.3.2.a : Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG 30), transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.<br> For Grading II - (19 mm nominal size)<br>

5.2.a : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

5.6.2.a : Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder( NRMB) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Grading - II (13.2 mm Nominal Size)<br>

od29175/2023_2024 : Providing ,Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified size 20mm downgraded metal as filter media around the drainage pipes in the sides of trench without damaging the drainage pipes as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Rate inclusive of all materials,transportation and labour charges complete.The work has to be executed as per detailed specifications, and or as approved by Engineer-in charge.

od29177/2023_2024 : Providing and fixing PVC pipes with 5 mm dia perforations, minimum 125 perforations per running metre, in trenches at required slope, as per specifications etc complete including the cost of all materials, labour etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Care should be taken while laying so that the perforations shall be along the bottom side of the pipe. The rate includes cost of all materials, covering the pipe with Geo Textile Cloth,labour charges for trenching carriage of surplus earth to a lead of 50m etc complete. including jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 110 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2.

od29180/2023_2024 : SKF_OD 5/2022-2023 Supply of full PUR , World Athletics ( former IAAF) approved Synthetic Track Surfacing system in accordance with World Athletics standard suitable for conducting World Athletics approved international Athletic events. Total thickness of the synthetic track surfacing system shall be 14 to 15mm comprising 9.4 to 10.0 mm force reduction layer comprising 4.7mm Bottom Layer made with Black SBR granules embedded in PUR coating ,4.7mm Middle Layer(s): Black SBR granules embedded in PUR coating and final resilient wearing layer of granular texture, red-brown. Full PUR coating with EPDM granules embedded 5.0 mm. In high stress areas thickness should be as per World Athletics requirement. Laying and installation according to World Athletics specifications and approved methodology and drawings including provisions of installation of sleeves for throwing events, inlay equipment for pole vault, long &amp; triple jump and steeple chase. This rate also include lane marking.
