Brooming and moping of floors & skirting of all rooms/halls/meeting rooms/passages/toilets/roofs/balconies/ staircases/lifts/water coller places/shafts and dusting of all doors/windows/ventilators/louvers(Steel, Aluminium and Glass)/glass panes/sills/counter/electric fittings/railings.skylights and other installations including removal of cobwebs/stains/splashe etc, cleaning of drainage spouts and disposal of garbage to nearest dumping place/SWM centre, cleaning of all water supply fittings/sanitary fittings and other fittings in all male/female/physically challeged person toilets by using approved walls/floor/toilet cleaner, stain remover, scrapper, broom and soft cotton duster etc, Cleaning of aluminium/steel/glass louvers/skylights above first floor of the building from out side with the help of approved platform ladder or rope jhula, approved cleaning agent, metal/plastic scruber and cotton duster complete in Academic area as per area & scope mentioned in clause 21, periodicity of cleaning as mentioned in clause 22, minimm manpower as mentioned in clause 23 and penalty on default of work services as mentioned in clause 24 and all as directed by engineer in charge. Suffcient supervisors shall be enganged by contractor for day to day of supervision of work. Note: Consumables used shall be measured and paid seprately as on Actual basis.
