Disconnecting & taking down unserviceable MS Box and S&F pole mounted PVC junction box one piece moulded SMS base and SMC door fixed with hinges on left side of size 280x170x130 mm outside and 240x130x110 mm inside of off white colour (Make -Sintex including one No SP MCB of 6 Amp cap and neutral link and necessary fixing arrangement)

S&F in replacement of LED street light driver of 25 Watt 230 V 50Hz suitable for operation on voltage range of 140 V to 270 V by removing from existing position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [Make: Philips/ Wipro/ CG/ Havells/ Bajaj] Note: (i) T& P required for carrying out repair work on street lights at a height up to 15 mtr will be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same deemed to be included in quoted rate (ii) Contractor is bound to provide material to match the technical specification of LED fittings and to suit to be fixed in the casing of LED fittings

S&F in replacement of LED flood light driver of 120 Watt 230 V 50Hz suitable for operation on voltage range of 140 V to 270 V by removing from existing position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Trimming the branches of tree/ bushes touching the electric conductor and around the street light fitting upto 1.5 mtr radius and removing the same from site cleaning and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note :- Any damage caused to the infrastructure during trimming shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost.

Disconnection & taking down the unserviceable GI bracket of size 40mm dia from the pole / building and M&L for street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI tubing medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long including bending, welding ,drilling holes as required and fixing with flat iron clamps 50x 6 mm thick (02 Nos) with suitable nut, bolts and washers to steel tubular /concrete poles complete, including preparation of steel and iron surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint, first quality, over a coat of primer, etc complete, all as specified and as directed. Make of GI Pipe:- Jindal / Zenith / Prakash and Make of paint:- Asian / Berger / Jenson & Nicholson.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surface of electric poles mild steel tubular type 9 long any type /make/model above ground level including cross arms clamps etc and applying two coats with aluminium paint on pole , cross arms, clamps , brackets etc including zebra painting for PCC/ Steel poles 9/11 mtr long upto 1.5 mtr height from ground level with two coats of enamel synthetic paint in 30 CM height of alternate band including painting of pole coping writing pole No all as specified and directed by Engineer in /charge. Disconnection and removing old LT feeder pillar panel and Supply & install testing and commissioning of LT control panel in door, cubicle, self supported,manufactured as per IS/IEC 61439-1&2, make as per list attached,both side openable ventilations on both sides with wire mesh,dust and vermin proof etc fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet comprising of bus bar chamber cable gallaries separate compartment for each incoming and out going switch gear etc duly powder coated, mounted / fixed on and including MS angle iron stand / frame 40 cm height from FFL, fabricated out of 50x50x6mm thick MS angle dully painted with two coats black enamelled synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly grouted in PCC 1:3:6 foundation, control wiring with multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor cable not less than 1.5 sqmm suitable size/capacity of copper strips for switch gear connection from main bus bar, earth bus strip of 32x6 mm size for entire length of panel, suitable size of SS gland with gland plate and alluminium lugs/ thimbles for all incoming / outgoing cables etc.complete all as directed at site by Engr-In-Charge including and accommodating the following:-

Disconnection and removing the LT cable connection from the Air Circuit breakers of capacity up to 1600 Amps AC 440 volts from existing LT panel including Complete Servicing of ACB for smooth functioning and operation with repair/replacement of worn out parts such as Switches, Arcing contacts, Main contacts, Jaw contacts, tripping coil, charging motor, relays etc with new spare parts suitable for the existing ACB's make,specifications complete and refixing the same in original position, testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Make of existing ACB's : C & S / L&T. Note:- (i) Required labour and Spares replacement required are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Spares should be suitable for the existing LT ACB's.

Disconnection and removing the unserveciable MCCB & Supply and fix new MCCB with thermal-magnetic release Conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2 & IEC 60947-2 4 pole ,415 V ,400 A , 50 Hz , breaking capacity of 36 KA , complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking up existing LT XLPE/ PVC UG cable 1100 V grade, 3½/ 4 core of size 16 Sq.mm to 35 Sq.mm from the trenches along with cable protection covers/ bricks, sand carefully for finding out the fault complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Notes: (a) Excavation to expose cable covers/ sand cushion will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, lay, connect, test and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 Core 35 Sq.mm complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of old serviceable LT XLPE UG cable 1100V grade of any size after fault rectification complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying GI pipe of 50mm bore dia light grade for cable protection, laid in trenches for drawing cables complete all as specified and as directed .

Cutting trench of width 30cm and depth n.exc. 60cm through road/ hard standing for laying cable through GI pipe and returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm after laying the cable complete including provision of PCC type B1 filling for top 100mm layer all as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc. 10sq.m. on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.

Supply & lay precast cable cover class LV, type 1, flat of size 250x150x40mm for cable protection all as specified

Supply and spread river sand as in cushioning for UG cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part I. [Note: Punned down thickness shall be considered for payment]

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in gorund earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of GI pipe as well as 20mm dia medium grade pipe 1.5 mtr fixed with funnel and wire mesh as specified and connected all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excacation in any type of soil anbd PCC1 : 2: 4 type B-1 in chamber and 40 mm thick RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 cover slab with 6mm dia mild steel bars at 100mm centre to cenre both ways with 6mm dia M S hooks complete all as specified.
