4 Wall artistic 2D paint: The work includes surface
preparation, priming, and the application of theme-based
artistic wall painting on roadside compound walls and
other structures.Surface preparation involves removing
loose particles, dust, grease, and old paint using wire
brushes, sandpaper, and high-pressure water jetting. Any
cracks or uneven surfaces shall be filled with an approved
exterior-grade putty and leveled for a smooth finish.
A weather-resistant, anti-fungal primer shall be applied to Rupees Four Hundred
enhance adhesion and durability. The painting shall be Seventy Seven and
executed using high-quality, UV-resistant acrylic or Seventy Three Paise
emulsion paints suitable for outdoor conditions, ensuring
resistance to fading, peeling, and moisture damage. The
theme-based 2D design shall be pre-approved and
executed manually by skilled artists using a combination
of brushes, rollers, and spray techniques to achieve
detailed artistic effects. A final protective coat of clear
weatherproof and anti-graffiti varnish shall be applied to
enhance longevity and protect against vandalism and
environmental elements. The work shall be carried out as
per approved designs, ensuring aesthetic appeal and
structural integrity.
