Flyash ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Super Structure & Plinth using Flyash bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work including watering for curing and cost of all materials, conveyance, royalities, labour charges, labour cess, taxes, leads, lifts, delifts and all T&P materials etc as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R C C work including false works and dismentalling then after casting including cost of materials,T&P,Labour, Labour Cess required for the work etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC floor and roof slab, landing, balconies, projecting sun shades and chajjas Upto 4.30 m height

RCC stairs excluding landing but including railing

RCC beams, column, grider and bressmer etc
