M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in ready mix cement mortar for plaster, mixed with integral Water proofing compound (Liquid) @ 0.10 Litre per bag of ready mix cement mortar or as per manufacturers instructions, on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth, including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in cement mortar including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc in roof parapet wallsor any position, including removal of debris from site beyond IMA campus, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC liquid shall be measured and paid separately. Make:- ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla/ Unicrete.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position, including removal of debris from site beyond IMA campus, complete all as directed.

Dismantling of brick masonary walls in roof parapets or similar situations, built in cement mortar of any description, complete all as directed.

M&L, for roughening of old concrete surfaces of floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section, 15mm X 15mm on existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting etc and filled solidly with Sika cracksil or Dr Fixit 201 Crack X paste or, Smart care crack seal of Asian paint as per manufacturers instructions, finished the roof suface properly, all complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) in parapet walls or similar situations in roof etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping and benching, kneelers, bed plates, kerbs etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary from work etc , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 12mm thick in ready mix cement mortar for plaster, mixed with integral Water proofing compound (Liquid) @ 0.10 Litre per bag of ready mix cement mortar or as per manufacturers instructions, on new brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC liquid shall be measured and paid separately. Make:- ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla/ Unicrete.

M&L for Repairs to facia of roof with rendering 15 mm thick in ready mix cement mortar for plaster, mixed with integral Water proofing compound (Liquid) as per manufacturers instructions, on concrete surface upto 250 mm width of facia, finished the surface even and smooth in true line including moulding or chamfered upper edge of roof slab including necessary scafolding and taking down existing plastering etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. WPC ( liquid) shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Work shall be executed upto triple storied building roof height.

M&L, for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof padding, laid in proper slope and finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing cement mortar 1:4 as in plaster of 20mm average thickness over concrete roof surfaces, mixed with Water proofing compound (Liquid) @ 0.20 Litre per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instructions including brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm over old RCC roof slab before plastering including taking down existing plaster on roof complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound (liquid) shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only, approved integral water proofing compound ( Liquid), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L, Repairs to roof in patches not exc 5.00 Sqm each patch as in wall parapet chajjas, crumple joints, wall & roof junction etc for roof treatment through manufacturer /authorized applicator of the manufacturer as approved by GE by applying a coat of cold applied bituminous oil based primer over cleaned surface @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm and layilg of APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum weight 3.60 kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) with torch application method by authorised applicator of manufacturer of STP/Pidilte/ /Sikka, laid as per the manufactures instructions with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces finally finished with bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm etc complete including taking down existing roof treatment, cleaning off all foreign matter by wire brushing, cleaning off surface with water and removal of spoil etc including removal of debris from site beyond defence land,complete all as specified nand directed. Note :- 1. Work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator as approved by GE. 2. Work shall be executed upto triple storied building. 3. The work shall be carried out in stages and each stage shall be passed by Engr-in-Charge and GE.

M & L for Roof treatment by applying a coat of cold applied oil based bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.50Kg/Sqm, and laid 3mm thick APP modified five layer polymeric membrane , minimum weight not less then 3.60 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) with torch application method as per manufacturer's instrutions with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces with grooves & make good in cement mortar 1:3, finally finished with bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm etc complete including taking down existing roof treatment of the RCC slab, cleaning off all foreign materials by wire brushing, cleaning roof surfaces with water and removal of spoil out side the defence premises, complete all as specified and directed. Make : STP / Sika/ Fosroc/Asian Paint Ltd, as recmmended by Engr-In-Charge and asapproved by GE. Note :- (a) Work shall be executed by authorised applicator of manufacturer as per manufacturer's instructions and upto roof height of triple storied building. (b) 10 years manufacturer's guarantee shall be given by the contractor. Work will be executed in smart assurance system complete all as specified and directed. (c) The work shall be carried out in stages and each stage shall be passed by Engr-in-Charge and GE.

M&L, for providing and applying 1.00mm thick layer in two coats of POLYURETHANE PLUS) of Sika or Shaliurethane Btd of STP, or equivalent of Asian/ Star water proofing with embedded fiber mesh of 35gsm over a thoroughly prepared clean and sound surface of the Chajjas, roofs, Teraces, parapet walls etc, including removing of existing treatment & cleaning/ washing of surface, filling cracks with epoxy based repair mortar properly and applying two coats of water based epoxy primer / 2K compound as approved prior to the application of water proof coating of POLYURETHANE PLUS) or Shaliurethane Btd or equivalent as approved, over the Plaster surface finishing level. Note :- 1. Work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator as approved. 2. Work shall be executed upto triple storied building. 3. The work shall be carried out in stages and each stage shall be passed by Engr-in-Charge and GE.

Disconnecting existing tanks any capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair work etc, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes upto 2000 ltr capacity tanks including washing with bleaching powder and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing cleaned tank in position after roof treatment , complete all as specified and directed.

Pre- painted colour galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated tile profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and 150 GSM as in roof covering/cladding to wall, including tile profile ridge fixed with self tapping screws etc including dismantling existing sheet of any type, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Tata Blue Scope, JSW Steel (color on+), Jindal India Ltd(Neu color+). Note :- Work shall be executed upto triple storied building.

Refixing of old serviceable colour galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated tile profile or corrugated steel sheet or plain sheet of ridge/ valley gutter etc of any thickness and any colour as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws etc including filling old holes with silicon and sealed with bituminious flash tap of STP/ Pidilite/ Sika or as approved including dismantling existing sheet, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Work shall be executed upto triple storied building.

Repairs of existing galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated tile profile or corrugated steel sheet or plain sheet of ridge/ valley gutter etc of any thickness and any colour as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws etc including filling of screws & holes with silicon and sealed with bituminious flash tap of STP/ Pidilite/ Sikka or as approved in existing roof sheets including providing necessary self tapping screws or bitumenious washer if any, all as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Work shall be executed in roof upto triple storied building.

4mm thick E-board false ceiling (Classic) including galvanised colour coated snap grid frame for false ceiling, size of grid 605 X 605mm fixed with 1.6 mm dia GI wire suspenders one end tied to roof members and other end connected to main tee of grid framework size of main tee 38mm X 25mmX 1.4mm, cross tee 38 mm X 25 mm X 1.4mm, angle along walls 38 mm X 25mm X 2.0 mm and including taking down existing ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as directed

Dismantling timber fillets, rails, purlins rafters under 40 Sqcm in section in any position,in etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Hollow mild steel work as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel/iron surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed

M&L, for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior paint ( Apex paint or weather proof coat)including one coat of exteror primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for cutting into brick or concrete wall for inserting rain water pipe or spout of 110mm dia bore including PVC pipe 110mm dia upto 1.00 meter length, making leakproof surfaces by filling and jointing the cutting with monotop plaster and sealed with epoxy based patch repair water proof putty of Sika/ STP/ Pidilite etc as approved, all complete as specified and directed.

Preparation of surface cleaning, drying, making it sound & free from surface contaminants, removal of dust, laitance, grease, oil, curing compounds from release agents & other foreign particles, by wire brushing, grinding etc, incl removal of all old sealent and other treatments (if any) and Supply and apply of material for repairing the edges of the joints (in case of weak concrete at joint edge) and also configuring joint width ( in case of expension joints with irregular width more than the width of the specified combiflex tape width) with epoxy repair mortar as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator of STP Ltd/ Sikka/ Pidilite. 2. The work shall be carried out upto triple storied bldg height.

M&L for applying epoxy based membrane adhesive on both sides of joints, before and after fixing of flexible FPO based membrane, all complete as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator of STP Ltd/ Sikka/ Pidilite. 2. The work shall be carried out upto triple storied bldg height.

Supply material and apply 2mm thick and 300mm to 350mm wide flexible FPO based membrane SG system chemical based modified flexible polyolefin (FPO) with advanced adhesion, classification to EN 13501-1, service temperature -300C (min) to + 400C (max) in wet condition and -300C degree ( minimum) to plus 600C(maximum) in dry condition and the Tensile strength > 12N/mm2, Tear strength >40 N/mm, Elongation at break >600% ( as per EN 12311-2), as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Make- STP Ltd/ Sika/ Pidilite. Note :- 1. Work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator of STP Ltd/ Sikka/ Pidilite. 2. The work shall be carried out upto triple storied bldg height.

Cutting of groove in brick or concrete walls 50mmx 50mm including cleaning, making dust free and applying epoxy based membrane adhesive on all sides of groove including fixing of APP membrane 1 metre wide and 3mm thick over crumple joint as per site requirement and filling the groove in ciment mortar 1:3 with smooth finish, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, Stainless steel sheet 0.50 mm thick, gde 304, in required width or girth, bent to shape for protection of membrane, fixed in staggered counter holes with SS screws and rubber/ bitumen and steel double washers all as per directions of Engr-in Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin-based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surfaces including cutting a minimum 25 to 40mm wide groove around the mouth of 100 to 200 mm bore rain water pipe and cleaning, washing with water, making dust free surface, filling the cavities in the sides at mouth of pipe section with suitable free flowing Grout Material of Sika/ STP/ Fosroc/ Dr Fixit as approved, to a thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe and concrete joint, as per manufacturer's specifications/ instructions, finishing smooth the pipe mouth for proper flow of rain water, all complete as specified and directed. Note :-The work shall be carried out upto triple storey bldg height.
