RequiredVehicle registration certificate (The Vehicles shall be registered on or after 01-04-2016. However preference will be given to the latest model)
RequiredCopy of satisfactory physical verification report issued by Divisional Engineer/Legal,RTI &Art Estt. nominated by the Chief Engineer/O&M/KTPP shall be uploaded. The format of physical verification report is enclosed.
RequiredSatisfactory service certificate with a minimum 3 years of experience in execution of same/similar work in thermal power plants to the firm/contractor from the competent authority shall be uploaded.
RequiredVehicle insurance certificate
RequiredVehicle Fitness certificate.

RequiredContractor Registration copy along with GST Registration Certificate (if applicable) and PAN card. For GSTIN holders, the GSTIN should be in the active status and in the name of the firm/contractor .
RequiredThe individual contractors/firms should ensure that the Aadhar is linked with PAN and the same shall be uploaded. Other than individual contractors/firms, Self declaration shall be uploaded .
RequiredValid Lease deed obtained from the owner of vehicle in case the vehicle is not owned by the contractor, shall be enclosed with applications.
RequiredDriver License of driver engaged copy with badge number
RequiredPower of attorney in the name of authorized signatory if applicable
RequiredVehicle tax paid certificate.
RequiredCopy of EPF & ESI Registration certificate (If EPF payment is not applicable to the firm/contractor, an undertaking may be submitted).
RequiredAny other document as per the bid document shall be enclosed.
