Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 700mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in cast in situ bored pile with minimum cement content 400kg/cum of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in pile cap , grade beam & tie beam complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drawings including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for grade beam/tie beams and pile caps of any length and any dia all as shown on deawings including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

All as per item No 23 above but 5mm dia and over up to & including 12 mm dia as in helicals of pile reinforcement including rings and necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contacts.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 700mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 600mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pile caps , grade beams rough finished surface of concrete flat all as specified .

Demolition of existing PCC foundtion in proposed site all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of existing temporary building all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION: Material and labour for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and sheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked including modular GI flush box minimum 1.2mm thick of suitable size with inner and outer white plastic plate (Same make of approved switch and socket) including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core F.R.L.S. cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for One light point controlled by one 5/6 amps one way switch. .(NOTE: Switch and socket to be measured and paid for separately).

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 18/20/ 22W with lumens output not less than 100 per watt, 220V,AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete and including connecting 3 core 1.0 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor color of sleeve matching to fitting and connecting up complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix building LED security light 1x35W new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life made of pressure die cast alluminium housing with hogh power LED as lighting source and lens embded PC cover having TOP OPENING seperade driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 complete with and including wall mounted bracket fabricated out of 40mm GI pipe light grade bend to shape1.5 mtr long and two nos wall mounting clamps using 25x4mm thick MS strip bend to shape and welded with pipe to form solid structure and one run of 1sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper cunductor wire conecting pvc terminal to fitting all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix wall mounted LED study light fitting 1x 3 Watt fitting with and including connecting 3 core 1.0 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper color of sleeve matching to fitting and connecting up the fitting complete all as specified and directed at site.Make/Model:- Jaquar Cat No WBR-CHR-LBED01R003XW or equivalent as per list of manufactuerers as specified in CA.

Supply and fix MCCB DB VTPN 4 way double door 415 Volts with provision for MCCB as incomer and SP/TP MCBs as out going with IP 43 protection, door earthing, isolated neutral bar, mechanical impact strength IK 09 including cement spill protector. Make Legrand Cat No 5077 45 or equivalent as per list of manufactuerers as specified in CA.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 pole of current rating capacity 63 Amps with breaking capacity Icu AC 25kA @ 415V AC 50 Hz conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2 & EN 60947-2 of thermal magnetic release with ON-TRIP-OFF indication. Make Legrand Cat No 4200 53 or equivalent as per list of manufactuerers as specified in CA.

Material and labour for Submain wiring with 2 single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated (FRLS)unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit concealed wiring including necessary PVC conduit specials including chases cutting complete exceapt beam and RCC roof and one run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathedv single core 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting with suitable size thimble complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Three run of 4 sqmm size PVC cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Material and labour for Submain wiring with 2 single core 6 sqmm PVC insulated (FRLS)unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit concealed wiring including necessary PVC conduit specials including chases cutting complete exceapt beam and RCC roof and one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathedv single core 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting with suitable size thimble complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25Sqmm 3.5 core in wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix TV socket 1 module with metal flush box of thickness 1.2mm 1/2 module and outer modular cover plate complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Tele socket 1 module with metal flush box of thickness 1.2mm 1/2 module and outer modular cover plate complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:-Supply and fix CP Angular stop cock 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Jaquar Code Nbo CQT-23053 or equivalent as per list of manufcture as listed in CA

FIRE FIGHTING:-Supply and fix automatic air release valve 50mm dia suitable for domestic water with 50 mm gun metalstop valve complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying cable UG XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded with galvanised steel strip or wire armoured 1100 volts graded with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core (fire pump)complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install , commissioning & testing Fire Fighting Motor control panel outdoor type made from 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, suitable for working 01 Nos terrace pump of capacity discharge 900 LPM @ 36 meter head on Auto mode complete with MCB as Incomer, Bus bar, Motor starter, Mulifunction meter etc including, pressure switch, internal wiring from automatic pressure switch, wiring from Panel to Motor complete all as specified and OEM requirements complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) All standard relays and contactors to make the motor and pump operational in auto, manual and test mode to meet the pressure of 3.5 Kg at terrace level. An auxulary switch to start the motor from desired location to test the motor and pressure from ground floor shaft. Control cables from Pressure switch to control panel, From control panel to Auxilary switch (FRLS armoured) and power cable from control panel to motor.

Supply, lay, testing and commissioning of flexible 2 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor, pvc insulated, Cross laid up, Overall Aluminum Mylar tape shielded along with ATC drain wire PVC Outer Sheated Cable laid in existing(for MCP) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Wall mounted LED emergency Exit signage luminaire Lit up using regular mains supply comes with a unique rechargeable Ni-Cd battery capable of emergency back up upto 02 hours complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,draw, connecting, testing and ommissioning, testing and commsioning 2 Core 1.5 Sqmm stranded / solid copper conductor , PVC insulated, PVC sheathed , GI steel strip FRLS armoured cable fitted on surface/trenches by providing necessary saddles, sockets , glands and boxes etc... complete all as specified and as directed .( for repeator panel) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm Repeater/Annunciator Panel shall display fire/fault messages simultaneously with the FACP. It shall be capable of interfacing with the FACP on a single RS 485 Bus. The panel shall have a 2 x 40 character backlit alphanumeric LCD display, which shall display date, time & description of alarm/trouble events that are displayed in the FACP with an inbuilt buzzer to indicate fault/fire alarm.The repeater panel shall have the following LED‘s indications Supply,Fault, Mute, Silent,Disabled and Fire. The panel shall be capable of operating on 24 V DC supply. EN 54 approved complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. AVIATION OBSTRUCTION LIGHT:Supply and fix Integral aviation obstruction light 9 watt LED type comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fix including testing commissioning XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with standed aluminium conductor of size 2 core 6 sqmm on poles/walls as cable for aviaition obstruction light all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure for MCB DB SPN 2 way, single door, 240 volts without bus bar all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 06 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the MCB DB all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

WATER COOLER:-Supply, installation, commissioning water cooler with Stainless steel body, dual water purifier system with RO + UV technologyelectric driven single phase appx capacity of Flow rate100 Ltr/ hr with 3 Nos (normal, hot and cold water) outlet having minimum 15 Ltr Normal &15 ltr Cold water storage capacity. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Make: Ozone water purifier system/Best water doctor purifier/kent or equivalent s listed in CA.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for auto operation ,single phase ,naturally air cooled indoor type and designed working voltage range 150 to 280 v for capacity 2.0 KVA all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:-Supply and lay CPVC pipe 75mm inner dia, Schedule 40 pipes and plain CPVC Schedule 80 fittings including all necessary fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying of Pipes galvanized, “Medium class”,complete including fittings 65mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning Pumping sets, centrifugal monoblock pump, cast iron body, electric driven,415 volt suitable for minimum 6.0 LPS at 52 Mtr head inclusive of PCC foundation as per Manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed (1 W + 1S) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Foot valve with gunmetal working parts conforming to IS 4038 suitable for 80mm dia GI pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix NRV of size 80mm dia[To be fitted in the delivery pumping line of each pump] all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION: Supply, spreading and levelling riddled soil as earth cushioning to UG cable by using IS seive to seperate the composite/roots etc and refilling spreading in trenches as cushioning and rammed down to form a solid bed all as specified and directed at site. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volt with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 70 Sqmm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volt with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 16Sqmm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 4 Pole MCCB 100 Amp , 25 kA breaking capacity, 415 Volt 50 Hz with sheet metal enclosure suitable for wall/floor mounted and fixed with the existing LT panel including modification to the bus bar existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply install test and commissioning of LT panel board indoor type, floor mounted with base channel of MC 75 mm fabricated from CPRI approved manufacture with CRCA Sheet steel 2 mm thick , cubical comparmentalised, having busbar capacity 200A, ammeter with CT's, voltmeter, indicating lamps with and following breakers as incoming and Outgoings(Main Panel) Incoming: MCCB 100A, 4 pole 415V, 50Hz with breaking capacity 25 KA, O/C and E/F protection - 01 No Outgoing:(a)MCCB 63A,4 pole 415V, 50Hz with breaking capacity 16KA, O/C and E/F protection - 03 No (LHS VTPN DB-1 No,RHS VTPN DB- 1No + spare) (b)MCB SPN 10 A, 240V, 50Hz with breaking capacity 10KA - 02 No (spare)

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe 200mm dia and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required.

Supply, lay including testing commissioning XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with standed aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core on walls/ceiling all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 4 pole MCCB 40 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 volt breaking capacity 25 KA including sheet metal enclosure all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by alternate layer of common salt and charcoal 15 cm thick, connected to and including galvanised iron earth lead 32x6 mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvenised iron or steel and earth strip protected by GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade and connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board/ earthing test point or upto 7.5 mtr whichever is less including watering arrangement using 20mm GI pipe light grade, MS funnel with wire mesh, PCC chamber pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 10cm C/C on both sides and handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal upto 50 mtr complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 03 of SSR Part-I, all as specified and directed including testing on completion.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required GI 32 X 6 mm strip all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
