M&L for IInd class hard wood boarding clean sawn with butt joints, 20mm thick as in soffits of gutter, eves board fixed with nails, etc complete all as specified and all as directed..

All as per Item No. 9 above but fixing only. Note:- Boarding dismantled vide item No. 5 above shall be re-used.

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type hook bolts and washers in roofs with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and all as directed.

All as per Item No. 11 above but except sheeting any thickness. Note:- Sheet dismantled vide item No. 2 above shall be re-used.

S&F Plain Aluminium sheeting 0.71mm thick, Alloy 31000H4 in ridge, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashings complete all as specified and all as directed..

S&F for pre-painted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and all as directed.

S&F AC two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick fixed with 'J' or 'L' type hooks complete.

M&L for Mangalore pattern roof tiles interlocking at side joints laid dry.

All as per Item No. 18 above, but except tiles.

M&L for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles bedded and jointed in CM 1:6.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old steel surface of any description exc10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint compete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces, new or old of any description and girth and treated with one coat of creosote compete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparing and treating tiles battens any size and spacing with one coat of creosote complete all as specified. Note:- Measured overall in one side only spacers not deducted.

M&L Preparation of new wood/wood based surface exc 10cm width/girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer compete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-Reinforced/ reinforced) from roof, chajjas and similar work at any thickness including old treatment and rubbish of the premises compete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping or chamfered on edges and. levelling coarse of concrete in roof slab all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing tar felt and plastering from the roof surface washing down and cleaning the surface with water and rubbish off the premises and M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster (1:4) for finishing existing surface and laying water proofing treatment on top surfaces of roof after cleaning of roof surfaces with water and filling cracks with sealing compound and dried top surface of roof, Apply a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 litre per Sqm followed by layer of APP polymer modified (five layered) water proofing membrane 3mm thick weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester reinforcement (weight not less than 150 gm/Sqm) of M/s STP Texsa Ltd or M/s IWL (I) Ltd or M/s STP Ltd. The APP membrane shall be laid with LPG connected torch method. A layer of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and a layer of bituminous aluminium paint as final finish @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm shall be applied on top surfaces of APP membrane, Application including overlap, side lap shall be provided as per manufacturer instructions and as specified and directed. The side lap and end laps should have overlap of 75mm to 100mm and should be thermo fused together so that it forms a single sheet through out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, including all quoin, arches, pillar etc all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L pre cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM1:6 compete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1: 4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal paint from Asian paint (Apex ultima protek) / Dulux paints (Weather shield) / Nerolac paints(Excel) over a coat of anti fungal primer duly applied through authorised company applicator using modern tools and techniques of approved make complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of M&L for necessary scaffolding complete.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and application of and application of two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

S&F Aluminium snap grid false ceiling on frame work of angle 25x25x2 mm, Main TEE 38x25x1.5 mm and cross TEE 25x25x1.4 mm and size of grid 605x605 mm with hangers 6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.50 mm dia, 40 mm long with and including provn of 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed to aluminium frame work with screws including preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed.

S&F steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thickness of laths, with all guide mechanism, as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp & staple & one shop coat of primer, erected in position including taking down of old rolling shutter compete all as specified and as directed .

Repair to rolling shutter of any size and including greasing, oiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball bearing for rolling shutters complete.

Repairs to Aluminium door shutter / windows of any size including taking down and cleaning / repairing / replacement of all fittings and fixtures (If required) and re-fixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts from natural ground (wood, steel, or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete.

Dismantling fencing wire/ mesh any type

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) any type of soil each nexc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good the surface.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) , bars including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) nexc 10cm long and diameter of neck 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS galvanized Chain link fencing of mesh size 50mm x 50mm size any shape complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The minimum weight of MS galvanized Chain link fencing shall be 4.00 kg/Sqm.

S&F MS round bar 10mm dia as in support of vertical fencing, hooking ends and binding complete.
