Repair and Renovation of SOP and Warning Signage boards at WRPL Viramgam

Providing SOP and signage’s board by Direct UV Printing on 3mm Aluminium Composite sheet as per the provided design complete in all respect with all necessary supporting straps, joining material, bolts, nuts, washers, sealing material, including cutting holes, making drop ends, funnels welding etc. or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge/Site Engineer.

Earth work in surface excavation (not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kinds of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to all lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 [1 cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. including preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of "EPILUX 610" Primer of M/s BERGER or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding the cost of concrete work).
