Supplying & installing of "DOG" 6 /. 186 Al. Plus 7 / 0.062 Steel ACSR overhead conductor - 10 Mtrs.

Cross arms of shape and size as shown on drawing and made out of M.S. channels 100mmx50mm with flats and fixed to poles with M.S. clamps, GI bolts, nuts and washers and all hardware, jumpers & thimbles etc. of required size.

Anti Climbing devices on each pole made out of 2 mm barbed wire coiled alongwith pole.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of O.L.T.C. 400 KVA Dry Type Transformer with copper winding having 400 KVA rating 11 KV / 433 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz Vector Group Dyn-11, having cable end box on HV side suitable for 11 KV XLPE cable & on 433 Volt side suitable for XLPE cable.The Transformer shall have on load tap changing links on HV side, for +7.5% to -7.5% in steps of 2.5% with locking arrangement. Alternator:

Synchronous alternator rated at 125 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at site condition. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation.

Base Frame & Foundation:

Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer.

Fuel Tank:

Daily service fuel tank of 990 liters capacity fabricated out of 3mm thick MS sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required.

Exhaust System:

Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic converter.

Starting System:
