Taking out old damaged tarfelt from the roof, parapet etc. preparing the roof surfaces by removing all spoils, blisters, moss etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately).(b) Medium size plant of girth of exposed stem above 75 mm. but not exceeding 150 mm. lift upto 6 mtr.

Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Roof treatment by application non toxic polyurethane modified acryllic based single component (P.U. Roof Coat) solvent free, cold applied polyurethane modified clastomeric waterproffing membrance with excellent UV resistant capacity as per ASTM D6083 [ a water based 100% acrylic elastomeric emulsion polymer latex coating used as protective coating for roofs] after preparing the surface by cleaning and repairing roof cracks by cement and sand morter (1:4), preferrably with antishrinkage morte (to be paid separately) if any applied two coats along with apriming coat ( Two coats of PU Roof Coat and one coat of primer coat compatible with main product as per manufacture specification) and reinforced with or without 20 gsm geotextile fleece including the cost of primer coat and bas preparation, tools and plants but excluding the cost of scaffolding and stagging complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (Note - if geotextile fleece not used the rate would be reduced Rs. 5/sqm.)

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete.Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc.etc.by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the road side in conformity with municipal/corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineerin- Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing polycarbonate sheet of approved make & brand conforming to IS: 14443-1997 and having 50 micron UV protection layer under co-extrusion technology, Fire rating being B-s1 as per EN13501-1 certification, fitted and fixed with 60mm wide aluminium channel section top and bottom member in dry-glaze sandwitch system, (unit wt. of top and bottom members: 0.375 kg/m & 0.69 kg/m) of approved brand and profile, EPDM quality rubber gaskets, anti dust tape, end closer "C" channel and 75 mm long Self tapping screw being drilled through the centre leg of the bottom section with nuts placed at 300 mm apart without anyway puncturing the polycarbonate sheet, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm thick washer etc complete strictly as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (Payment to be made on area of finished work) .
