Demolition of Stone Slab laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar of thickness not exceeding 25 mm and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish/ debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes [Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete] of any diameter set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti - termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ 1 litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti - termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion [in oil or kerosene based solution] @ 0.5 litre per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degrees at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels, bands etc up to 1.5m span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. Ltd. modified with 12mm graded, clean, saturated surface dry crushed stone aggregate in the ratio as per manufacturer's instructions, laid as in columns, beams and similar structural members including use and waste of water tight formwork to facilitate pouring of micro concrete complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and as specified. [Note: Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centerline of core thickness]

M & L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar, 1:2½ mixed with 3 Litres of Nitobond SBR of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India [P] Ltd. or its equivalent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s BOSTIk India Pvt. M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, of size exceeding 0.11 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, 7 to 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 350 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc., and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

M & L for designer interlocking Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of size 250 X 250 mm / 300 X 300 mm, 20-23mm thick, Hydraulically pressed as in Floors, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for preparing newly plastered Wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine and applying two coats of Acrylic washable Distemper by using auto roller/airless sprayer, over a coat of alkali resistant primer over two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying upto 1mm thick Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on newly plastered Walls/ ceilings, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Acrylic Emulsion Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Acrylic Emulsion Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on Wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Interior Acrylic Emulsion over one of alkali resistant primer on Wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
