Laundry services for hostels are required for 1600 students. The vendor to provide industrial grade automatic washing machines with dryer capable of washing cotton, polyester, woolen, jeans. Detergent to be provided by the vendor. For 5 hostels, hostels 5,6,7,8 and visitor’s hostel and two under construction (Hostel No. 3 & 4). Bidders are required to quote COST OF PER WASH Vendors must also indicate whether ironing charges are included in this service. (As per technical specification given below)
OPTIONAL: Prices must be quoted monthly subscription (with specifying number of washes). The number of wash should be as per NIT OR should be indicated in the Technical Bid. Students may choose either of these modes quoted in 1.1. or 1.2. (As per technical specification given in NIT)
Ironing charges to be quoted separately, if not included in the above service (BOQ 1.1 & 1.2). If this is extra, they need to quote the price, of per item. (As per technical specification given below)
