ROAD WORKS

Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective material removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface

Providing pre mix bitumen leveling coarse having thickness between 20mm and 40mm with 12mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen (vg 30) with pressure sprayer at the rate of 48 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom

Providing premixed 40 mm thick chipping carpet over the black top surface with departmental broken stone after thoroughly cleaning the existing surface with wire bushes, brass brooms and applying a priming coat of 2.5 kg/10 sqm and spreading the hot pre-mix (formed of 0.32 cum of 24 mm broken stone , 0.22 cum of 12 mm broken stone and 22.08 kg bitumen/10 sqm) to template rolling to dense compact surface ,then spreading seal coat (comprising of hot pre-mix 0.09 cum. 6 mm broken stone and 8.64 kg bitumen/10 sqm) rolling againto smooth finish including cost of bitumen, fuel oil, hire charges of brooms, roller, machinery, lighting and watching etc..complete as per specification (total usage of bitumen VG-30 33.22kg/10 sqm)

Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

Supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement (IRC 3.2.1.a)

Supplying and stacking 6mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement (IRC 3.2.1.a)

Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control Up to 10 cm in width

CONCRETE AND ALLIED WORKS

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed: All Kinds of soil

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Retaining walls, return walls, (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:1/2:3 (cement : 11/2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocksin footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength,thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid inrequired colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting andproper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layerthrough vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand andcutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweepingextra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work
