Supply and Fixing of MS Rectangle Purlins of size 60mm x 38mm x 2.90mm thick of 4.00 m long medium guage by welding of 6mm thick cleats of size 150mm x 65 mm on both sides of the pipes in position with necessary bolts and nuts washors including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Roofing: - Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade 1 making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for: External Colouring acrylic emulsion paint-2 Coats+1 coat primer

Painting to walls with 2 coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and ramains of loose powdered material, including cost and coveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc,. complete for finished item of work. For building Outside walls

Painting New Iron Work 2 coats with synthetic enamel paint of first grade approved brand and colour of ISI make over a primary coat including cost and conveyance of all materials such as red oxide paint, enamel paint, sand paper and brushes etc., including all labour charges for preparing the surface for painting all taxes etc., complete for finished item of work to standard specification as directed by the Departmental Officers
