All as per srl No.1 but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying Bricks common burnt clay building bricks, old size sub-class ‘A’ designation 75 in trenches as protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping to pole foundation including necessary form work with fair finished surface all as directed.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for pole foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable Service wire and Supply and fix 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified for the following size (a) 6.0 Sqmm size

(b) 10.00 Sqmm size

Taking down of MCCB/ chang over switch of any type & any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying of Telerex DWC (double Wall corrugated) HDPE polyethylene pipe ISI marked including couplers, bends, cap etc. with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified of following size:- (a) Outer dia of 90 mm and inner dia 76 mm

(c) Outer dia of 120 mm and inner dia 103.5 mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ sub main wiring/ cable as required complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers cleaned connected to and including GI earth strip 32 x 6mm size up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron and protected light grade 50mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick with 10mm dia reinforcement 100mm c/c and PCC chamber pit with pcc 1:2:4 Type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part -I 2009

Ditto as in above but using galvanized iron lead 4.0 sq mm as earthing lead and protection pipe 15 mm GI.

Taking down of copper conductor cable of any type & any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs FRLS-H, PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade, single core copper conductor cable for day to day complaint 1.5 Sqmm in red/Yellow, Blue. Black colour as required complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as above but size 2.5 sqmm

Ditto as above but size 4.0 sqmm
