Dismantling of existing old BER Cold/ Cool room AC Plant by cutting the flanges nuts, bolts, etc. with gas cutting and dismantling the compressor, pump sets, cooling tower Ducts, etc., after disconnecting the electric connections, panel board, cables and removing of all dismantled items to MES store yard of AGE E/M and handing over to Deptt including demolition of RCC/ PCC foundation and connected items installed in position and removal of debries to a distance not exceeding 1.5 Km complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning of Split type DX Type Air cooled Walk-in Freezer unit of capacity 14KW x 02 Nos along with indoor and outdoor units [One unit working and one unit as standby] for maintaining desired Temperature of (-) 17°C to (-) 20°C with first charge of R-404A refrigerant alongwith refrigerant controllers, suitable for existing Room of size 17'x23.8'x11' [LxBxH] [External] including provision of Self-standing Pre fabricated PUF panels for walls & ceiling, PUF slab flooring, SS door swing type with 1mm thick SS sheet of grade 304 on both sides with PUF inuslation alongwith accessories, suitable lock system, Vapour Proof LED Lights, Hooter alarm, Digital Type Temperature Display with Sensor operation, Copper piping for liquid and suction lines with necessary valves, PVC drain piping, inter-connection cables, comprising and including of all the works as specified under Particular Specifications Clause 13 and as per manufacturers instructions.

Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, Premium Quality of size exceeding 0.06 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, 7 to 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] exceeding 1.5 Sq.m but not exceeding 4.00 Sq.m each and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Powder Coated Aluminium Sections [Minimum 50 Micron thick] of approved colour as in Door, Window, Ventilator Frames, Partitions with one or more rebates and Door, Window, Ventilator Shutters, Sliding or Openable Type, with or without Sash Bar, Aluminium section weighing 0.55 KG / RM including necessary Joining Cleats, Glazing Clips, Neoprene Rubber Packing, Powder Coated Aluminium Snap Beading, Screws, Powder Coated Aluminium Fittings such as Locking Arrangement [1 No], Suitable Handle [1 No], Stainless Steel Friction Hinges [1 No] per Window Shutter and 150mm Dia Handles on both sides, Tower bolts, 200 mm Long [2 Nos], per Door Shutter complete all as specified and as directed. Note: [a] The size of aluminium sections shall be all as specified in relevant IS code and MES Schedule Part - I. [b] Supply only panel inserts of Glass / Particleboard / Gauze / Grills will be measured and paid separately. [c] Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of rubber beading, glazing clips, neoprene packing, fittings such as Handles, Butt hinges, Tower Bolts, Stainless Steel Friction Hinges and fixing only of panel inserts of Glass / Particleboard / Gauze / Grills etc.

Supply only 4.8mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Stainless steel wire cloth / mesh with average aperture not exceeding 1.40 mm and dia of wire 0.36 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 12mm thick, Prelaminated Particle Board, Both Sides with Decorative Choice Lamination, Medium Density, Interior Grade fixed with screws to wooden frames, partitions, shelves, cupboards, door panels complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Double Action Floor Spring Hydraulically Regulated made of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall / Ceiling surfaces and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall / Ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall / Ceiling surfaces and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper over one of alkali resistant primer on wall / Ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall / Ceiling surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint complete all as specified and as directed.
