06 Bumper draws per year, except on 3 national holidays.

I/whereby also affirm that (i) I/we shall pay to the Government an annual license fee of INR 4 (Four) Crores per annum per set, which shall include the amount to be charged by the Organizing State as per clause 3(10) of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010, over and above the revenue share, and furnish Security Deposit as per EOI conditions. (ii) I/We shall also pay to the Government INR10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) per draw of Paper and Online lotteries and INR10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only)) per bumper draw towards draw charges. (iii) I/ We shall bear all other related expenses as per the EOI conditions. I hereby affirm that I am duly authorised and am competent to give the above offers(s) on behalf of the applicant bidder.
