Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket or power complete, including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor ceiling etc. all as directed

Taking down carefully ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep with rod from ceiling / roof and refixing the same after repairs such as rewinding, replacement of gun metal bushes, capacitor, plastic canopy , ceiling fan down rod of suitable length, clamps, nuts, washers, rubber bushes, safety pin etc servicing, greasing,complete including connecting up with 2 core twisted flexible copper conductor 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to fan, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note : Rewinding and replacement of capacitor, gun metal bushes, & bearing shall be measured and paid seperately.

Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep any type and make, cutting and removing burnt winding wire without damaging stator, removing old insulation of polyester paper, re-winding fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge/dia with correct number of turns for auxiliary and main winding, varnishing, baking, soldering new lead of twin core multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076, assembling and re-fixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Takig down exhaust fan of any capacity or model after disconnecting electric connections and refixing the same after repairs such as rewinding, replacement of gun metal bushes, capacitor, safety pin etc servicing, greasing, complete including connecting up with 2 core twisted flexible copper conductor 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to fan, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note : Rewinding and replacement of capacitor & bearing shall be measured and paid seperately.

Rewinding of exhaust fans of 450mm sweep, cutting and removing burnt winding wire without damaging stator, removing old insulation of polyester paper, re-winding fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge/dia with correct number of turns for auxiliary and main winding, varnishing, insulating material such as paper cotton sleeves including replacement of capacitor rubber packing etc and testing complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 33 here in before but of 300mm sweep all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing of suitable size to exhaust fan any sweep of make SKF or NBC all as specified and directed.

Supply only fan capacitor 4mfd for ceiling fan, make Havells/Bajaj/LG all as specified and directed.

Preparation and cleaning of exhaust fan including louvers of size 300/450mm sweep, making the surface dust/oil free and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Taking down Geyser of any capacity or model after disconnecting water supply and electric connection and refixing to wall and reconnection the same after carrying out servicing, repair works and replacement of parts as required, tesing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : servicing, repair works and replacement of parts shall be measured and paid seperately.

Opening top and bottom of geyser of any capacity and taking out the inner tank, glass wool insulation, geyser assembly, heating element and thermostat, safety valve, vent pipe, seperating ineer and outer tank etc, cleaning of steel tank with wire brush, cleaning and coated with one coat of proprietary bituminous, descaling of heating element with dilute hydrochloric or AQUA CLEAR PEDETTE solution, reassembling the geyser including replacement of spares, testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply of spares shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only thermostat with temperature setting adjustment range from 40 to 85 degree celcius, ISI marked suitable for geyser cap 25/35/50 litres of make Philips/Bajaj/Venus all as directed.
