Suplying and fixing ( under lintel grove ) cold rolled Rolling Shutters of approved quality of 18 guage 7.5cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece inter locked together with specially desinged pipe shaft with adquate number of high tensile steel wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories in best workmanship and clear opening of 1.8m width, 2.60m height. The rolling shutter shall be provided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Rolling shutter should confirm to I.S. 6248-1979 and should be got approved by the Construction Engineer before fixing. ( This specification consists of the following component materials required for erection of rolling shutter. 1) 18G 3" lathe section 1.90m long -- 29 nos. 2) 10G guide channel 2.6m long - 2 Nos. 3) 13G bottom plate for 1.80m long with angle. 4) M.S. Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M Sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated complete with standard specification.

Earth work in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying the earth, filling in low lying areas with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including, breaking clods, sectioning etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam with specified thickness and as per standard specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5.

Brick Work in C.M 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) mix using best quality of Second class chamber burnt Ground Moulded bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" / Fly Ash bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including scaffolding, curing etc., complete complete complying with standard Specification.

For Foundation and Basement

For Super Structure in Ground Floor upto 4.5m

Supplying assembling fabricating and errecting the grill Gate of Size 8.00m x 2.00m using with MS rectangular / square hallow tube of size 50 x 50mm and inner portion of gate fitted with square rod grill of size 16mm dia and also using with MS sheet of 18 gauge for required size for Aesthetic apperance the design of gate got approved from the departmental Engineers before use on work including one coat of red oxide primer etc. Complete complying with Standard Specification.

Supplying, assembling fabricating and errecting the purlin for Extension of Eaves on Gable wall side of godown using rectangular MS tube with 100x50x6mm MS Channel and 100x50mm MS rectangular channel for closing the end of Purlin and also providing the necessary anchorage arrangements using MS Angle of size 40x40x6mm, etc,. Complete complying with Standard Specification.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 13-15cm dia casuarinas post of 4m over all length (3m length + 0.5m projection + 0.5m into the ground) the distance between two rows being 1.5m and the spacing of the post being 2.0m in both rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m.overlap on either side and braces at 2.0m center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step and providing platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete complying with standard specification. Clean removal of Cement plaster from walls and racking out joints 20mm deep, clearing away and depositing the debris in the low lying areas inside the campus as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P.sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.47 mm (TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by Engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 65 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. The contractor should take over the old AC sheet on buy back policy)

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate Sheet of size 3.00m x1.06m of 6mm thick on the roof in-between the colour coated Galvolume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading, unloading and transportation charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing anchorage arrangements to the ridge sheet using M.S Flat of Size 40mm x 6mm including cost of Materials like MS Flat, self threaded screws with bushes and labour charges for cutting, drilling and fitting etc., complete complying with Standard Specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position 100 x 50 x 7.5 mm @ 9.4 kg. channel for the face of RAT GUARD EDGING slab with MS bolts 16mm dia 45 cm long at 2m centres forming protection to the loading platform finishing in fllush with the slab in Godown, etc., complete complying with Standard Specifications.

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour with synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat after thorough scrapping in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works.)

Painting old wood work with two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including thorough scrapping and preparation of surfaces (The colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Painting two coats of plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes of 110mm dia having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing expansion joint at 5mtr intervels across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractos own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead, lift and other incidental works etc complete and as directed by executive engineer.

Supplying and fixing of MS angle of size 50x50x6mm of length 1.20m cut and bent to shape and fixing in postion with cement concrete 1:2:4 for tying the 2 ply bared wire and painting the angle with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer etc,. Complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of 2 ply 10 gauge four pronged Galvanised barbed wire fencing by angle for horizontally 5 rows and vertically 20cm centre to centre including cost of barbed wire required length etc., Complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply, fabrication and delivery of MS doors with outer frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm with MS flat of size 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approve enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including cost of materials, fabrications charges, transportation charges, labour charges for fixing etc.., complete complying with standard specification. (Fully panelled Double leaf - Door size 1.00m x 2.10m)

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Engineer-incharge before use on works)

Dadooing walls with ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 6mm best approved quality white / colour tiles set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Engineer-incharge before use on works)

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of cement paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and quality of the paint should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works.).

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two crushed stone sandand Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia PVC pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and fixing of White Marble Slab for urinals partition of size 600mm x 1200mm of 18mm to 20mm thick in all floors over a base layer of CM 1:3, 20mm thick including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc. so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The marble slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Engineer-incharge concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of INSPECTION CHAMBER of size 600mm x 600mm inner including earth work excavation, CC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick and brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 [One cement and Five M.sand] using best quality of second class Ground Moulded Chamber burnt Bricks of size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" with Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 [One Cement and Three Plastering Sand] 12 mm thick to inner and outer sides and wearing coat 1:3:6 [One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six Aggregate] 15 cm thick and covered with precast slab 5 cm thick etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60cm x 60cm of best approved quality as per standard specification etc., complete compying with standard specifications.

Providing sock pit arrangements for filtration of waste water and rain water to save the ground water to a size of 0.90 m dia, 3.15 depth using with 7 nos of RCC ring 0.90m dia 0.45m height and filling with 40mm metal 0.80m depth, 20mm brick jelly 0.75m depth and sand filling 0.75 m depth cost including earth work, RCC well ring and top should be covered with RCC pre cast cover slab of 1.00 m dia, 100 mm thick loading cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Supplying and fixing position CI Nahani Trap / Floor Trap of 100mm x 75mm size with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two part of crushed stone sandand five part of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Nahani Trap should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works)

Supplying and fixing PVC ventilating shaft of 110mm dia (having working pressure 4 kg. / sq.cm) with 3 metre height including cost of PVC cylindrical cowl of best approved quality etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
