Taking down ceiling fan any type from hook and sealing cable and dismantling blades and removing to store for repair any make and sweep all as directed by Engr in charge and hanging ceiling fan in position after repair greasing etc. and painting and connecting up including provision of flexible copper cable of size 23/00076 from ceiling rose to fan canopy complete all as directed at site (Note: rewinding of fan, painting and supply any spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately)

Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep with super enameled copper wire as per existing size/gauge

Supply and fix in repairs Electronic fan regulator step type(5steps) 2module 100/120w ISI marked by removing old u/s resistance type fan regulator including necessary connection in existing laminated switch board by making necessary holes etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrically, mechanically and taking down defective electric water heater of any make and any capacity (15/25/50 Ltr) vertical or horizontal from site/store yard, cleaning of tank after opening of its upper & down assembly, cleaning of assembly pipe to avoid choke up, replacement of defective parts catered under the items s&f in repair here under including servicing of water heater and refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
