The duty condition is as follows ( Discharge- 174.44 m3/Hour , Total head- 65 mtrs, Suction head- 4 mtrs, Length of suction Pipe -4.00 meter ) 2. Motor - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make horizontal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for the above pump set working 3 phase, 60 HP, 50 Hz , 415 V working in AC supply. The motor shall confirm to ELFI/IS 325 including providing suitable concrete foundation etc . Flexible coupling shall be used for coupling the pump and motor 3. Starter - Supply erection, testing and commissioning of suitable rating ( Fully automatic ) Soft Starter for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection ,single phase preventer , over load protection etc complete with multifunction digital meters and indicators 4. Switchgear Panel - Supply, erection testing and commissioning of one no. 125A Motor back up protection class MCCB in MS sheet steel fabricated dust and vermin proof cubicle suitably mounted on MS angle iron support structure painted with epoxy primer and paint. MCCB can also be integrated in the Soft Starter panel. 5.
