Taking down cement plaster of any description or thickness/ chipping of cement concrete in any situation from brick or concrete surface including raking out of joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water to received new plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls using scarpper/ waterjet/ scrubber etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for treating holes, cracks etc. up to 5 mm by making V groove using patti blades and filling the cracks with ready to use crack fillers and allowed to dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for treating holes, cracks etc more than 5 mm upto 10 mm by making V groove using patti blades and filling the cracks with cement and sand aggregate mixture developed with polymer modified mortar (PMM) with suitable polymer like home shield crack fill paste home shield advance latex plus and home shield cement mix plus (Asian paints/Dr Fixit/Berger make or equivalent) and allowed to dry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for treating holes cracks etc. more than 10 mm and up to 40 mm and filling the cracks by using flexible 2 pack poly sulphide sealants like home shield joint seal GG / PG (Asian paints/Dr Fixit/Berger make or equivalent) and allowed to dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of laterite stone pitching/ masonry of any description, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excl ashlars facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed as in coil shape on Y angles and straignt lines etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil made to coils of 400-600 mm dia (to be provided as to match with existing size at site) and fixed on Y angles. The wire for making concerina coil should be minimum 2.5 mm dia GI wire. The blades fixed on coil should be minimum 0.5 mm thick. Weight of coil should not be less than 1.20 kg/m complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

S&F MS poles, tubular sections including all necessary drilling, welding, bolting or riveting, etc, and similiar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing ( mesh 50 mm x 50 mm size) nominal dia of wire 3 mm ( including PVC coating ) fixed to fencing posts using suitable bolts and nuts (nuts and bolts shall be measured seperately), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bond stone etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
