Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

M& L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm of cement mixed with liquid type water proofing compound on dry concrete surfaces including 15mm thick screed bed for in CM 1:3 and mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml/50Kg of cement finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately )

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top (a) Applying bituminous primer @100 gms per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surfaces. ( Make Tank Mastic of STP Ltd or EMUFALTE of Texsa ltd/IWL India Ltd) (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer , 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric of weight not less than 150 gram per Sqm.Polymeric membrane shall taken to a height 60cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be done by torch application method or as per manufacture instructions (ii) A minimum over lap of 100mm and75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlap and joints as per manufactures instructions.(iii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be SUPER THERMOLY OF STP Ltd or MOPLY FP OF Texsa India Ltd /IWL India Ltd (c) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

S&F in repair 25mm dia ball valve brass high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed minimum weight 455gms all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern of 10 Ltrs capacity with all accessories incl PVC connection 15mm dia 45cm long all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs to vitreous wash down water closet pan pedestal pattern white incl seat cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair to health faucet of any size make parryware/Hindware

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white flat back size 450X300mm including brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand incl 15mm bore pillar tap fancy type cast copper alloy, with captain heads, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs brass chromium plated shower rose 125mm size all as specified and directed

Dismantling of floor or hearth wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Joint free)7 to 8 mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06Sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in ist quality provided as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed and coloured ceramic joint free tiles (300X200mm) 7mm thick, finish as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair towel rail 60mm long of CP fixed with and included chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats all as specified and directed

S&F PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair flexible PVC waste pipe for wash basin/kitchen sink 32mm size length N.Exc 1.0Mtr fixed to waste coupling all as specified and directed.
