Annual Maintence contrct for 11 KV Vaccum Circuit Breaker Stage works 2026 27

Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract of the Indoor Type floor mounted Metal Clad V.C.B Panel Board with the totally enclosed and fully interlocked horizontal drawn out, horizontal isolation type, single break, Trip free mechanism, motorized/ manually charged & auto/manually, closing system suitable for use on 11 KV, 3-Phase, 50 HZ AC supply with the short circuit level of 350 MVA Vacuum circuit breaker including the following work. A)Scope Of Services to be provided during AMC 1. Providing the periodical preventive maintenance services to predict and identify the parts which are at verge of collapse and monthly visit of the qualified experienced technician/ engineer to keep the system in proper working condition during AMC. 2. Visit of technical person after every three months for checking the proper working and Healthiness of VCB. 3. Providing the Technician/Engineer on Emergency Call at any time during the AMC for rectification of the all type of faults of VCB, Setting right the malfunctioning of all the system/parts within 24 hours. 4. Servicing of the 11 KV VCB after every Six months through qualified technically experienced technician/engineer. 5. Racking out and Removal of VCB from the Switch Board. 6. Proper/Technically cleaning of each and every part of VCB for dust, deposits, foreign particles etc 7. Proper de- greasing the various parts of the VCB after every six months. 8. Proper cleaning of all parts with the suitable cleaning agents such as CRC.(Twice in a year) 9. Proper checking the arcing contact gap, if contact gap exceeds 0.5 mm re-adjusts the fix arcing contact. 10. Proper checking all the hardware for wear and tear and also for its termination and tightness including the replacement of nut bolts and washers. (Twice in a year) 11. Fixing of all the Spares/ Products and accessories that needs replacement during the AMC. 12.Re-greasing of VCB parts and refixing the VCB in the Panel including checking all the connection and earthing system(Twice in a year) 13. Checking of all the Electrical wiring of VCB panel board for the automatic/manual operations including replacement of wiring/thimbles/cables/ cable tie etc. (Twice in a year) 14. The job also include the checking and the replacement of the minor part such as TNC Switch, Auxiliary Switch N.O. + N.C., Phase Barrier with spacer, (0-300) Amp dual scale ammeter with digital type selector switches for ammeter, 1 no voltmeter (0-15 KV), Plug and socket assembly, LED Indicators, HRC fuse with base and MCB/Over Voltage and under voltage protector as per requirement at site.

Comprehensive annual maintenance contract- The comprehensive AMC includes the maintenance contract which covers the maintenance repair and replacement of damaged spares such as Spring charging motor with gear Assembly, Closing coil 24 VDC, Tripping coil 24 VDC, Butterfly Switch, Micro Switch, Big gear Assembly ,Small gear assembly, Upper Spout Bushing, Lower Spout Bushing, Jaw contact, Fix contact, Suitable ratings Power Pack, CT 100-50/5/5A,Segment gear, Worm Gear, Strip heaters to prevent moisture during monsoon & winters,11KV/110v PTs of class 0.5 accuracy and 100 VA burden with 1 no. voltmeter(0-15KV), Digital type Selector Switch for voltmeter and protection fuses/MCB for H.T. Metering up to 12 KV, Microprocessor based numerical relays with over load, earth load and short circuit protection, maintenance and repair of separate pole mounted CT/PT unit. Set of dual core dual ratio 3 CTs. 300/150/5 Amp of 15 VA burden and accuracy class 0.5 for separate wall mounted 3-phase digital H.T meter, Set of Isolating contact Assembly and any other minor breakdown repair and replacement repair/replacement of auto and manually tripping control system as and when required during the contract period excluding the major breakdown such as vacuum interpreter /Bootle as and when required.

Earthing with following size of earth plate including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. (600X600X6) mm G.I
