To qualify for award of this contract each bidder in his or her name in the last 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25) should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value of on going works) as prime contractor at least any one Construction work of the value not less than i.e. Rs 12.50 lakhs during the last five years i.e. from 2020-21 to 2024-25. (Certificates should be obtained from the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and counter signed by Superintending Engineer shall be furnished). (The cost of completed work of the previous year shall be updated by giving weightage of 10 % per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited).

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 15.00 lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

The contractors belonging to CATEGORY-II(A) Should enclose Caste certificate issued by concerned taluka Tahasildar

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will calculated as under - Assessed available tender capacity -AxNx5-B. Where A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2024-25 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited .B-Value at 2024-25 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next i.e. N years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).Note-The statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

Tender To qualify for the award of the contract The bidder should have an annual financial turnover of Rs 50.00 lakhs in at least One financial year during the last 5 years (turnover during 2020-21 to 2024-25 only will be considered) duly updating the financial turnover at 10 % per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited. Audited profit and loss statement (with year wise turnover statement) certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with mentioned compulsory UID number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the two years indicated above shall be furnished.( If UID Number not mentioned treated as incomplete and Rejected).
